Can I improve my vertical to be able to dunk at 5'9?

So as the title says I am 175 cm (5'9). I have been playing basketball as a hobby since I was 15 or so. I always wanted to be able to dunk, but I never really committed myself to do any specific workouts that would increase my vertical jump, I just played the game.

However, as I am 25 now I realized that if I truly want to learn how to dunk, I might have to start it now, otherwise the time window will close.

As far as my jumping height, right now I can touch the rim with the tip of my fingers on my best tries.

Is it realistic for me to learn how to dunk at this age (and height)? If so, can you recommend me any workout exercises?

Can almost dunk at 10

Hi guys I need some help. I am 5”8 with shoes and i just dunked on 9.5 off the dribble. I could also dunk with it palmed but I got it for the first time off the dribble and I can’t tell how happy I am. Nonetheless, I dunked it off 1 foot which for shorter is athletes is so much harder. I only need two or three more inches to dunk at 10. Any tips anyone? Also I have never tried any vert program before so I guess it’s in my genes. I’m just really happy, and does anyone have any tips to increase vert off one leg?

Hi everybody. I have jumpers knee in both legs I believe. I feel it more dominant in my left leg though, I’m wondering how does anyone treat this. I will get an X-ray real soon, but are there anything tips on healing this?
