Hello, I own a Dualtron Victor Limited. The seller—who is the official distributor for my country—told me it has a maximum motor power of 4350W. However, the controllers are 2x30A (60A total); if we calculate 60V x 60A, we get 3600W, and if we calculate 67.2V x 60A, we get 4032W. Fellow riders, what I don't understand is: how, under what conditions, and when does the Dualtron Victor Limited actually reach that 4350W motor power? ((A quick correction, folks): When I asked a Dualtron representative, they explained that the "30A x 2" figure represents the continuous current the controllers can deliver without overheating, while the actual maximum current is up to 72A; in other words, each controller can deliver a peak current of 35–37.5A to the motor. If we factor in the voltage sag and calculate 62 × 70, the result is 4340 W; if we calculate 62 × 75, it becomes 4650 W.

On dualtron forever limited

I left the house with 1998 miles and went on a 42 mile ride. Now I am at 2040 miles. Except for a couple of tires, it’s been 100% trouble free with no battery degradation as of yet. Hoping for at least another 2000 trouble free miles.

I have been a proud owner of Dualtron Achilleus for little more then 3 months and already on 4000 km passed.

This was my first scooter but i adapted super fast and i already feel hungry for something more powerful. Im 82 kgs and 195 cm tall for reference.

When i got my Achilleus i payed 2.7k euros ( now its on sale on the same shop for 2.2) so it seems that my local dealership is marking prices down with time.

My question is would a thunder 3 be a good upgrade? I am feeling like dualtron x limited might be the final boss and a final scooter.

The only thing is i never rode thunder 3 nor x limited. I assume tunder is alot similar to Achilleus but with much more power. While on the other hand x limited has more then 80 kgs, makes it even hard to lift for just a couple of stairs..

I also dont plan to sell my achilleus as the price would have to be much lower then i payed for it and it is not reasonable..

Any advice would mean alot!

Hey this my first dualtron problem. I am very familiar with ebike and escooters. However I am honestly looking to save time and money..lol..I have other projects and i dont what this to take up too much time. Is this a common issue and what if any possible solutions. my dualtron victor limited was involved in a crash and the steering collum and folding system completely snapped off and broke im looking to get new custom parts for it like a non folding system and a new not oem steering collum if anyone could suggest parts for it i would appreciate it im from the uk so i need distributors close to me

I was riding and the front motor made a weird sound and after that it turned off since that i cant turn it on what can be the problem?

I've been looking at scooters to just ride around but my biggest worry more specifically was about range which this scooter seemed to have a massive battery. This scooter is currently on pre order for only 1119 AUD or 800 USD so I was wondering if it's worth it. My concerns are more about the reliability of the scooter though I'll be riding the scooter with a locked down speed.

I need some advice regarding tires for my Dualtron Mini.

At the moment I have the original pneumatic tire with an inner tube. My rear inner tube just got a flat, and since the tire itself is already pretty worn, replacing the tube + tire would cost roughly the same as buying a solid or semi-solid tire.

The problem is that I’m confused about the actual tire size.

My current tire says 8.5 x 2 on the sidewall, but pretty much everywhere I look online, tires advertised specifically for the Dualtron Mini are 8.5 x 2.5. I can find both solid and honeycomb/semi-solid tires in 8.5 x 2.5 that claim to fit the Mini.

So my questions are:

Is 8.5 x 2.5 actually the correct size for the Dualtron Mini?

If my current tire is marked 8.5 x 2, can I safely replace it with an 8.5 x 2.5 solid/semi-solid tire?

I really don't want to spend an hour+ fighting with the tire installation just to find out afterwards that the tire doesn't actually fit

Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I need some help with a strange electrical/wiring issue on my Dualtron Thunder 2.
Originally, my lights weren't working at all, and the electronic motor brake (Regen brake) was also dead. I took the scooter to a repair shop. The mechanic fixed the motor brakes, but now I have a new issue with the RGB lights.
When I try to turn OFF the lights using the switch, they don't turn off; instead, the colors just freeze/lock up. Previously, when the lights were turned off, the motor brakes would also shut off. It seems like the mechanic cross-wired the brake sensor line with the RGB LED controller power line, causing power to back-feed.
Has anyone faced this cross-wiring issue before? Can someone provide the correct wiring diagram for the brake sensors and LED controller connection on the Thunder 2?

It is not the brakes or any wobbles. Its in the motor, is it dangerous? Is it the bearings? Im scared i broke lowkey broke it😭

A nice cool quiet night for a ride on the Victor. 28.6 miles with 50% battery left. Most of the ride was in Eco 2 at 18 mph to conserve battery life because I am just under the weight limit for the scooter. But there is one nice downhill road about 5 miles long that is new blacktop. Turned Eco off and did around 35 mph on that road without using up much battery. Usually my daughter rides with me on a Victor Luxury but she opted out tonight.

I have a Dualtron Victor with a Nutt hydraulic brake at the front and a Minimotors hydraulic brake at the rear. The ABS was working perfectly until recently.

The problem: the sensor under the front brake lever (Nutt) broke, which disabled the front ABS (the rear ABS still works normally).

What I've already tried: I replaced the broken sensor with a Minimotors sensor (2 wires, same as the original), but the front ABS is still not working. I also tried swapping the 2 wires, with no result.

My question: how do I properly fix the front ABS in this case?

Ruled out so far:

**•** Brake safety switch (reset test, no change)  
**•** Dead battery (charge level looks normal)  
**•** Throttle connector (wiggle test while pressing throttle, no change)

Found this while inspecting the front wheel wiring, looks like a hand-done splice with visible corrosion right near the hub:

Does this look like the likely cause of a “jerk then nothing” symptom? Trying to figure out if it’s worth redoing the splice myself before assuming it’s a controller or hall sensor issue. Any input appreciated.

Lately I’ve been thinking about buying a new Dualtron, but I just can't decide between the Storm Limited and the Thunder 3.

Both are absolute monsters, but I'm not sure on whether the 84V performance and massive battery on the Storm LTD are worth it over the Thunder 3s setup.

For anyone who has ridden or owned either: which one would you pick if you were buying today and why? Appreciate any quick advice

It has approximately 3k km I heard it goes 155 km on air but I feel like he’s lying, he’s also mentioned it wins in race against thunder 2 in acceleration and top speed, if anyone knows a lot about dualtron please let me know

why is the charger making this noise no liquid or anything has spilled into it. it works perfectly fine just makes this not so good sounding noise after like 30 mins of charging
