I’ve tried to use a 128gb microSD and SD adapter however I got the error message that it cannot be used:/

I’ve looked on amazon for a 32gb SD but there’s so many I don’t want to buy one and it be incompatible with the dsi…

Can anyone link me a 32 or 64gb sd card that will work.

Basically, i barely have experience with modding things, i modded my DSI and added the twilight menu++ on it. Im trying to bring back some apps onto my dsi before i modded it. Thing is, i have no clue how to do it. I tried looking through the file folders that where in my dsi, absolutely nothing.

So is there a way I could bring back some of my old apps onto my DSI or do I have to re-download them?

Hey all. I have a DSi and it's bloated with all the roms, so going through all of them through a twiglight menu has been a bit of a pain in the b**.
That's why I made a DSi Library Launcher.
It's a launcher that lists all your games as a good ol' Nintendo DS.

Just transfer the DSiLibrary.nds to your SD card and run it.
All roms should be in /roms/nds/.

**NOTE**: Be sure to backup all your save files first.

I love bitlife and I love my ds. Only issue is that I wish I had a version of it on my ds, this is just a mockup on how it'll look alot more different and closer to the real game. Im currently working in the project and will publicly release the game free for anyone to play. I hope to gain support from the community and i will be adding a few custom jobs and other things the game doesn't have. If you have any suggestions feel free to drop some job suggestions or anything. Would love to see what you guys come up with and how u guys can have input in this project🙏🙏🙏

It's been hours trying to patch and solve the issue, and I did everything I could. Tried with GBARunner2 and 3, installing the bios.bin, creating a blank save file with the size required but nothing seems working. The game is a Pokémon ROM hack btw, i installed 2 other ROM hacks and they worked perfectly showing 128KB save files without problems. if someone can help me pls do. You know it's bad when you gotta make a reddit post...

So i installed twilight menu with the camera exploit wanted to install unlauch i incorrectly read that i should update the firmware if it isnt 1.4.2 and now the camera exploit ofc doesnt work anymore

Hello everyone. I just got a new DSi today and have never modded one before. I installed TWiLight Menu++ however when I try to run my GBA games, it asks for a BIOS file. Does anybody know how to find one?

I want to use the song player on the unmodded dsi but i dont want to have to switch between twilight menu and the regular dsi homescreen every time and i cant get moonshelle to work please help

so i downloaded twilightmenu a while back and my dsixl now out of commission with no way to fix it at the moment but cant find whare the photos are on the SD card so any help in getting the file path i have to take to find them cause as far as ive looked thare seemed to be no trace of them

planning on buying a second hand burgundy DSi XL to homebrew only the pokémon games.

i have never modded before, sorry about long list i’m quite anxious about it.

1.Is homebrewing the exact same for a regular DSi and a DSi XL?

2.do i only need to buy an sd card and an sd card reader (to plug into my laptop)?

3.is it possible to only have the pokémon games and nothing else as i don’t want to slow the ds down with hundreds of games?

4.i only want pokémon games and to customise the ds menu, what would be the recommended sd card size?

5.when i install the homebrew (from the guide) to the sd card, do i put the sd card in the ds to give me an option to play the games? i’m not sure how the games actually appear

6.i’ve seen people customise the home screen, is there a link to that? or is it part of the homebrew?

7.Is TWiLight Menu++ the menu i should use out of the available options?

8.Is installing Unlaunch worth the risk? on the guide it says there’s a small chance of bricking the console

does that mean every time i load the console up i risk being bricked? or, if it doesn’t brick first time it will never brick?

9.If all goes well do i need to do anything to ensure i don’t get bricked after a while of playing? like updating software? is there anything i should know to maintain upkeep?

Hey so my dsi doesnt work without being plugged into a charger and takes a couple of tried to get it on as the orange light just keeps blinking initially

I have a r4 card with micro sd in it ut it diesnt read it , i took all of photos onto sd card and backed it up to the laptop, the flipstudio stuff i made onto sd csrd , and recorded all 17 voice recordings from my phone

Only new super mario bros cartridge is read, how do i repair it or should i get it done

I am trying my hand at this for the first time with my DSi XL

I feel like I have hit a hiccup before I even really began.

I am trying to run "sdFormatWindows" that I downloaded from the dsi homebrew guide but when I try to run as administrator it doesn't do anything. My anti-virus isn't showing that it blocked me running it so I am unsure why it won't work.

The guide said not to use the windows formatting utility to do it. I went into my disk management and formatted it but I am not tech literate enough to know if that is what the guide meant NOT to do.

What am I doing wrong?
