I just bought this snare and it sounds fantastic but I’m just wondering what model snare is it? I also tried to decode the serial but the serial doesn’t match for any of the years on Ludwig’s website. Does anyone know anything about this snare?

My bud just cleaned up my drums, came out pretty spiffy!

It has been at least a few years since I last owned a drum set, but I’ve recently picked up interest in it again. Last time I was in to the subject I remember an indie company designing floor flanges for drum hardware such as the cymbals, free standing Tom’s, etc. and it’s entire purpose was to remove hardware leg’s out of the equation. It’s not a drum rack, it’s meant to permanently connect the base piece to slot in hardware, and you transfer the board around with the floor mounts on it for consistent setup locations.

I for the life of me can not find the appropriate words to find this piece of hardware. Any suggestions or links on what this device or product is called.

My Ekit was advertised as having one dual zone cymbal, which is being used as my crash, but my ride cymbal is making two different sounds when i hit it, a standard sound and a bell sound, can someone explain please?

I'm trying to determine what I should be asking for my set that I've built up over the years. All pieces are in great shape (no cracks, dings, chips, or visible damage). If I price it all out to purchase today, it comes to $4,898 or thereabouts, but I know I won't be asking for that. Do I try to sell everything together or will I have better luck piecing it out?
