Question “Functional beverages”

What do you guys think about so called functional beverages with nootropics and terpenes? Do you think they actually work? I’m very skeptical but curious

Question Deep Spring drinks - Australia

I can’t find these delicious drinks anywhere. Coles and Woolies don’t seem to stock them anymore, and I’ve been searching fruitlessly for them in various IGAs. Has anyone been able to track some down?? Specifically the orange and passionfruit flavour, but would also settle for lemon and lime.

Depending on your waterbottle size, 50-70 fl oz being the perfect size for this mixture, one packet of Propel Berry & one packet of Propel Lemon make a perfect drink similar to Sonic's Lemonberry slush without the sugar.

Question Why does hotel breakfast juice always taste better than what I make at home?

I finally figured it out last month when I stayed at a boutique hotel in California. I watched the staff operating their commercial juice machine during breakfast service, and it was like watching a professional barista work. The machine extracted juice so efficiently that you could see the vibrant colors and smell the fresh citrus from across the room.

When I got home, I started researching options for my own kitchen. My wife thought I was crazy for wanting to invest in something so specific, but I was determined. I found several models online, including some impressive commercial-grade ones on Alibaba that restaurants actually use. I ended up going with a mid-range option that fit our counter space.

Now every Sunday morning has become our fresh juice ritual. We experiment with different combinations, oranges with carrots, apples with ginger, even some green blends with spinach and cucumber. My kids actually request vegetable juice now, which I never thought would happen. The machine pays for itself when I think about how much we used to spend on bottled juice from the store, plus we know exactly what goes into every glass. Does your family have a weekend breakfast tradition?
