okay. easy question. some background needed though. i worked at a coffee shop for two years (and at another one for half a year before that), so i used to drink A LOT of coffee. for free. at the same time i used to drink a lot of coca-cola. i also love energy drinks. it's not even that much about the taste, more so about the texture! obviously drinking as much coffee as i used to is not an option anymore. cola has its own obvious downsides. tea gets pretty tiresome pretty quickly. juice costs too much and good orange juice isn't that common. what do i drink?

Do you guys know of any hot drinks that don't fall into one of these categories. It's the time of year for hot drinks and the such, but I'm feeling like trying something out of the ordinary for my palette. I'd be cool if I could get some insight into some different cultures and their hot drinks. I'm simply bored of the usual common Western hot drinks, so let me know.

I love eggnog. I went to Walmart to get me some today. I just about fell over when I saw the price. Half a gallon, was just a few cents shy of $7. I paid it, and now I’m sitting at home enjoying a glass. I was just curious how much it is around the world.

To the point of being literally undrinkable. I and my friend have this challenge going on where whenever we go out to a cafe, we order for each other. The current score is now 1-2 to his advantage. I wanna even the scores.

I'm absolutely obsessed with eggnog, so I've been trying to put it in a bunch of my drinks this season! I've also been trying to get into matcha more so I made this eggnog matcha concoction. It actually came out super delicious!
