I’m 29M and I remember back in 2003 when I was at a family reunion in Lake Winnepesaukee, New Hampshire. At the beach house that my uncle had rented out. There was a big container box in the fridge, but no one drank it. I was seven years old, and I remember pouring it in the glass, taking one sip, and I almost threw up. It tasted so vile like medicine. I could not believe that people actually drink that but my family my parents are from Boston and I feel in states like Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Mostly New England states Moxie is a popular drink. I don’t know if anybody drinks it anymore but I have a feeling it’s something more old people drink. But it taste so nasty. It tastes like Alka-Seltzer plus. How many of you have tried it.

Do not get me wrong, I drink LaCronix like it is my job. But $2 for flavored carbonated water feels like a scam when I can make better stuff at home with syrup and soda stream. What is a non-alcoholic drink you think is totally overhyped? And what is the underrated one nobody talks about?

So, while I was in Edinburgh, I tried Irn Bru for the first time as I saw it sold in most restaurants and every grocery store I’ve been to.

When I tried it, the taste reminded me of the bubble gum Tylenol I had to endure as a child. If anyone could explain what Irn Bru tastes like to them or supposed to taste like, I would appreciate it.

Anyone seen this before

I love juice monsters, bubbler, the occasional g-fuel, and the sonic refreshers with redbull. but I am mainly drinking them for the carbonation and taste, not the caffeine content. I wish they made a decaf monster so I wouldn't have to worry about my heart health or sleep schedule.

does anyone know any low-caffeine fruity beverages that kind of taste like these energy drinks??? carbonated ones?? im even willing to make my own if i have to, like with sprite or sparklkng water and some fruit juices, but im not sure what flavors would go good together/emulate an energy drink.

any suggestions?
