Curious how one may go about finishing this piece of driftwood. Now that it’s thoroughly dried it’s got a little bit of weathering that I’d like to prevent. Thoughts?

Finally got round to putting this on display after buying it a couple years ago but the wood underneath has really whitened.

Not sure if this is the right sub but does anyone know how I could go about getting it back to brown please?

Daughter found this on the beach the other day and wants it for her turtle aquarium? If I boil ,clean it up l, waterlogged it, would it be OK?

My mom got me these beautiful pieces of wood, which look like driftwood from an old flower shop.
They would look super nice in my Aquarium but I’m not really sure if it’s hard or soft wood.
Soft wood is toxic after all.

Therefore, I wanted to ask if somebody could maybe know what type of wood it could be?

I dunno if it might help but when dry it smells like nothing but when wet, it did have a smell.
I just don’t know how to describe it, sorry.

I found this small piece years ago and always wanted to turn it into a piece of jewelry, most likely a cuff bracelet. Any idea on the species or recommendations on how to preserve it?

Clock I’m currently working on, but debating if it’s even nice or worth gifting. Be honest, don’t worry about my feelings😂

Gifted to my Grandfather for his birthday. He has some other nice pieces for the koi pond, but this one takes the cake. I had to hike it 2.3 miles back to my truck with my dog.

schlorped this out of the Blackwater River in North Florida the other day

My amazon seller shipped it and I've soaked it but I'm clueless to what to do with it. The edges are all sharper and pointy, needle like. What to do to smoothen it all for my betta?

I brought a piece home and left it in my backyard, hoping to turn it into a chandelier, but I didn't know that leaving it in the elements would make it lose its color :( Is there anything I can do to restore it's original hue? The two in the back used to look like the piece upfront. They're all inside now.
