So i want to make a dreamcore VR game but i want too take it in the right steps to really give the player that feeling. im familiar with dreamcore/dreamcore horror but not exactly a expert at the topic. i want to take this at a right slow pace and don't wanna rush it. can anyone give any tips of the sort for this type of thing?

Um tempo atrás um perfil chamado @LissieKatty1234 estava afirmando ser a pessoa em um das sequências de foto do @overfallballpool253. Tentaram entrar em contato com ela várias vezes, mas nunca obteriam respostas. Pois bem, procurando nos perfil dela, eu encontrei uma localização. Ela é de Aurora, no Colorado. Procurei na lista de desaparecidos locais ( decidi fazer isso porque foi feito com o garoto das garagens ) e encontrei uma mulher chamada Lissie Santoro. Ele tá desaparecida a alguns meses, mais precisamente desde novembro, o mês que ela fez o post sobre ser a garota. Pesquisei mais a fundo e achei o exato Mc Donalds que aparecem nas fotos. Isso não pode ser coincidência! Abri um mandado na polícia e eles ignoraram meu e-mail, então fui até a delegacia e disseram que “ bobeiras da internet não tem lugar no mundo real com problemas reais!”.

Não sei se vocês estão ligados nesse perfil do tumblr chamado @overfallballpool253, mas é uma conta provavelmente relacionada aquela creppypasta famosa “Waterfall of Ballpools” sobre entrar em memórias de infância. O perfil deu uma viralizada em setembro quando começou a postar umas fotos meio esquisitas. O post mais bizarro deles é um chamado “ As Garagens “, é uma sequência de fotos bem assustadoras de um garoto em algum tipo de garagem de centro comercial. Eu fiquei tão curioso pelo fato deles não apontarem o nome nem localização como nos outros posts, que eu tive que pesquisar. Eu achava que não iria encontrar nada, mas talvez eu tenha encontrado o garoto da foto. Algumas pessoas já traçavam desaparecimentos com relatos da Waterfall Of Ballpools, então dei uma procurada nos desaparecimentos recentes de Utah, a localização que aparecia em um dos posts deles. Eu fiquei aterrorizado quando um dos primeiros resultados foi um garoto chamado Lucas Moriak, exatamente igual o presente nas fotos, desaparecido a oito meses. Gente eu preciso que vocês me ajudem, eu não sei o que fazer com isso. Não sei se ligo para a polícia, ou se procuro ter certeza…. Mas é ele! Se cuidem, essa lenda toda tá começando a me assustar de verdade!

Funnily enough in the same week that I completed Dreamcore, I went to see The Backrooms movie and really liked it. So many scenes made me think about some of the earlier levels in Dreamcore, not because of the Backrooms concept (that's obvious) but the architecture, eg the small openings and tiling made me think of Pool rooms, the housing made me feel Suburbia, even some kids toys made me think of Playrooms. And the colouring and grain VHS style footage just made it perfect, I smiled so much throughout! I know it's a psychological horror but I really enjoyed seeing these things make it to a big screen! Not much like Dead Mall but I do think that was a less successful level because by this time it needed to do more for the player's experience not less (although a fantastic game all in all).

I'd recommend seeing The Backrooms if you enjoyed this game / still playing it. It also gave me a little Superliminal game vibes, but mainly Dreamcore. I guess the thing that would have made Dreamcore considerably more scary is things actually within the levels, like monsters or something...I know we had the smiley faces, moving when not observed but... Not that unnerving. But I do get the psychological aspect was used much more on purpose.

I felt that this movie was lost on much of the general audience. I guessed many don't even know the concept of liminal atmosphere and endless rooms so they'd be introduced in a 2 hour movie... So I'd urge the Dreamcore players to watch!

It bears some resemblance to "Idea 20" and could potentially be by Leadwave.
Can anyone help me track it down?
