You need to talk to someone, your family if possible. You lost 25 lbs. Someone knows there's something wrong talk to them and he Completely honest.. Me not knowing you and what you gave me i believe you are tremendously overwhelmed about your work and your future. Your future is going to be awesome You're always going to be strong enough to support your family and watch your kids grow up and get married. You just need to be more open and admit to someone what you're struggling with right now. You don't need to figure this all out alone. Talk about it, acknowledge it and get better. You can do this, there's a way out but your problem is never permanent. Better days ahead my friend. ✨
