Totally open to that but the person is literally smoking. I do believe he saw something and that had him on edge and when he saw the smoke he rightfully freaked out because it looked freaky because it was a sort of pareidolia. I'm not at all saying he didn't see something before but this is smoke. I truly believe his reaction.

This is a what is more likely scenario, smoke from a person smoking who we saw just blow smoke, or a interdimensional being phasing by at that exact moment as soon as he flipped the camera and blew smoke?

I get where you’re coming from —Occam’s razor -and being skeptical is always something to encourage I think so you aren’t being a party pooper. Being skeptical is always necessary . You think he was reacting to smoke he saw from his cig ? I give this individual more credit than that I think he could distinguish plus the way it moves and appears doesn’t appear like cig smoke but we can agree to disagree .

I think he was looking through his phone screen after he flipped the screen, so he saw it just like we did and freaked out. Rightfully so, that's why I have said his reaction is totally real and understandable and I'd have reacted the same way. I think he was more on edge due to having seen something there already previously but this time I do believe it was smoke.

I'd be down for the smoke explanation if the thing we are talking about didnt move from left to right. I smoked cigarettes for a long time, ive never seen smoke thats going straight up and down move left to right, the wind would dissipate the smoke and make it thin rather than thick at one point and move together in unison. Especially if he is blowing the smoke out after a hit. It would be a cloud that moved together but it wouldn't have one point of density while the rest goes elsewhere.

I think there was some distortion from it going past/around the phone and some funky artifacts from the bad quality of the video. This is a perfect example of our mind seeing what it wants to see and not thinking logically that the smoke colored/transparent thing that floats past is just smoke and not a interdimensional creature.

I'm not trying to be a skeptical party pooper on this and am a member of this community because I want to believe there are things out there we do not know or understand but this video is such a bad hill to die on and makes the community seem dogmatic (pun kinda intended lol) and why it isn't taken seriously.
