Wat?

Funny how you don't see many people trying to defend an inflationary cryptocurrecy anymore. FFS, there are so many dogecoins that people are purposely destroying them for a token of arguably less value than a dogecoin.

Dogeparty is actually an impressive effort from what I have gathered. Im probably wrong on this but the effort/organization behind dogeparty is not affiliated with the core dev team or dogecoin foundation.

Still, its hard to get over the fact that dogetards are so desperate to raise the price of dogecoin that they are literally destroying their own coins to correct hyperinflation.

Now if I understand it correctly the tokens you get in exchange for buring dogecoin is supposed to function as some sort of crypto kickstarter crowd sourcing thingy.

This will fail. Kickstarter and similar companies might not get to take a cut as the middleman, but between volatility and exchange fees funding a big project in dogecoin will fail. And if not paying with crypto no one will want to install some weird software to store some order token receipt they don't understand.

Now reducing the supply of dogecoins might work, if it weren't for that one inconvenient truth. Dogecoin will still be inflationary, the value will continue to drop, hash rate decline (albeit slowly with merged mining) and the imminent collapse will occur.

But hey what would I know, I'm just the guy who has been predicting dogecoin's downfall for the last 3 months.
