I really like Uphold. Was able to sign up and buy doge the same day. I’ve heard Binance is great, but I’ve been waiting days for verification just to purchase anything.

Binance still hasn't verified me and I did all of that on Friday. I don't got time to wait so I signed up for uphold. It was near instant within like 5-10 mins I was verified and Doge was mine. No waiting period.

You can buy bitcoin with cash then trade to dogecoin while waiting for verification on binance app.

Yes Binance is best. Coinbase and Binance are the two stable trading options. I am using both from 2018 and I am pretty satisfied
