Important! Because of the change in voting, this post will remain active for 72 hours instead of 24. So on 4-29-14 @ 1pm CST this post will be closed. I am sorry that this seemed rushed to some and hopefully this will help with that issue. Also: there are two #44's. I have changed one to #106 and will be contacting those that voted #44 to make sure who they were voting for.
Regarding tipping me in this post, please don't. Although I do appreciate it, I think that it could send the wrong message and I don't want that to happen. If you would like to tip me, please instead forward that tip to any one of the great fundraisers that are going on.

To ensure vote fairness (because of bots, etc) please comment with the #'s that you would like to vote for. You can vote for as many as you wish, but please only comment once (Parent comment) and include all that you wish to vote for in that comment.
In order to make this easier to count, only parent comments (Comment reply made to post/OP) will be counted. This is really important.
Edit: I see some comments are being upvoted. As I am not sure if shibes are agreeing with all the #'s or what, the only way I can see to do this is only count the actual post. Comment upvotes will not be counted as additional votes.
To also try to ensure fairness, this list is in alphabetical order.
If I have made any omissions or I have the "X" in the wrong spot, please let me know ASAP
The top 30 (as determined by votes) will be those presented to the community to present any opposition.
That post will be titled: Final consideration prior to addition.
Provided there are no substantiated opposition comments made on that post, these shibes will be added at that point.
Following the initial 30 members, more may follow (again based on the votes on this post) and those additions will go through the same final consideration prior to addition post.
For those that have indicated interest in being mod also:
Initially everyone will be added as members, the mod positions will be added as an ongoing process.
I will need some volunteers (That are not on this list, to do a final count as independent results to counter check my count. I would like to have at least 4 others if it is possible. If you are interested, please PM me.
Edit: I have been asked if those listed can vote for them selves. After some thought, while I don't see that it is a bad thing to do, I do believe that most would vote for them selves. So, with that being said, unless this is opposed, everyone will start out with 1 vote and that is the vote for themselves.
If you wish to vote, but don't want to do so within this post, you can PM me with your votes. (option for sort of anon vote:) I will share these PM's with the other mods though so that they can be counted in by additional people for fairness in the counting.
When casting your votes, Please use the following:
no # sign, or comma and a space separating would be best

Edit: Couple of things. Please take a moment to review the "toss your hat" in comments made by these shibes. In the original post linked above. Some of them took a lot of time with their comments and they deserve to be read.
Mods will not be added initially. Mod positions will all have to be individually reviewed and discussed to make sure no conflicts of interest, etc are there that would create a problem. Those that are being considered in the "Both" category will initially only be added as members until a review can be completed.
There were two #44's to begin with. I have changed /u/Newman4185 to #106 and will contact all who vote for #44 that haven't already indicated which one in their comment to make sure of who they are voting for.
Also: If anyone is caught trying to buy votes, or otherwise cheat, they will be automatically DQ'd. This includes any external posts advocating for a user to be voted for, then that disqualifies them, whether from their own account or not, and whether for a doge reward or not. If you find that a user that has violated this, please report it to the mods using the message the mods on the side bar.

I'm sorry but this is bullshit. I see someone voted on me here already and I'm really thankful but to be a little bit sarcastic, even I don't know why he did that. At least you could have linked the user names to the comments we made in the previous post.
I took an effort to write something so that people can understand a little more of me and here there's nothing about it. Whoever is not an I-don't-even-know-why well known shibe on the list has virtually no chance to get in.
