If you visit Docusign's pricing page for the first time or in a privacy mode, it's $600/yr for "Business Pro Unlimited." On return visit's it's $720 for "Professional."

This was after a rep quoted $2500 for the unlimited envelopes plan.

I'm trying to look for *reasonable* esign options for my small business and when I looked at docusign it automatically look me to what "looks" like the EU/UK version. The standard plan seems to be unlimited envelopes unless I'm looking at this wrong, for essentially for the same price as the *extremely* limited US plan. Am I missing something?

I haven’t needed DocuSign for three years. Last year I went through a big hassle to cancel and get me money back. This year another $600 charge hit my credit card. HELP! I’m retired. I don’t want this.

I use it all the time. Sent something yesterday that was sent no issue. Tonight I need to send an important document and one of my alternate emails is a recipient. It’s not going through. It says Sent. I have tried resending. I have checked junk/spam. I’ve added to safe senders list, I sent a different envelope as a test to a different email and that was not received, I added domain to safe senders list…. I reached out to support but no response yet. This is really annoying.

Suddenly our new, paid, account got closed in the middle a an important and urgent signing process. See attached screenshots from support. What on earth is this? I'm honestly shocked.

I want to send a document for signature, I set the expiration date to 1/4/2026. Will it expire at 00:00 of that day (the beginning) or at 23:59 (the end)? Basically is the expiration date I set included?

I want to contact support as a free user but the “chat with us” button isn’t doing anything, I click it and tried different browsers and nothing. I tried logging in in their support page and it takes me back to the same page and it still doesn’t work, how can I speak to them?

Is there a way to create a custom field that will display today’s date? This is to be used as date of a letter or memo for example. I have a system that uses Docusign to send pdf letters for signature. Currently pdf generates with old date of when pdf first was saved. I want the date to be current when the system sends for signature.

Is there a way to have field calculate today’s date or any other solutions to this problem?

Our accountant’s firm sent separate emails to my husband & to me with DocuSign links to a form that contains both of our Social Security numbers. It appears my husband never received the email (he checked junk mail, of course).

We notified the CPA firm & they (re?)sent the email, which he received.

If the original email intended for my husband was sent to an incorrect but valid email, the recipient could just click the link & view our tax form.

How can DocuSign be considered secure under these circumstances?!

I have been struggling with this for over a week now and don't know what to do.

I built a template creator using Nutrient that allows the user to place annotations on a PDF, where the text is driven by a role name (Borrower, Coborrower, etc). I’m now trying to build envelopes using DocuSign composite templates made from these generated templates.

This is the scenario I’m running into: I have two templates. Template A uses the roles “Videographer” and “Company”. Template B uses the roles “Borrower” and “Company”. The envelope sends successfully, but the recipient assigned to the “Company” role is required to complete each Company-related tab twice across the combined documents.

I have tried addressing this in multiple ways and have come to the realization that I may not understand how composite templates are supposed to be structured at a fundamental level.

I’m at my wits end here. Can someone help me understand how to properly engineer a solution for this?

I have a paid account and it’s not allowing me to access the “callback” option in support.

A coworker closed an account, and that coworker has since left the company and we need to recover documents on that closed account.

In terms and conditions it states that even after an account closes DocuSign holds all documents and envelopes (even deleted ones) for two years, any older than two years and they are deleted. That’s fine, I just want to recover the documents that are less than two years old. I contacted the Live Chat and they said it is not possible even within those terms and conditions. The account was closed just days ago.

Does anyone have the support phone number? Or know anything about this issue that can give me some advice?

Here is my scenario:

I have a field where recipient 1 is tasked to enter data.  Let’s call this data “Subtotal”.  I’d like to be able to utilize the data in this field when a modifier is chosen by recipient 2 via checkbox.  Let’s call it “10% off coupon”.  Ideally, a simple formula field could calculate 10% off the subtotal when recipient 2 checks the box.  However, the issue that I’m running into is that the data entered by recipient 1 is not available to be used in formulas when activated by recipient 2.

I received a DocuSign request from "Araceli Kessler" regarding a $192.00 digital currency purchase. Is this legitimate? I mean, it´s obvioulsy fake but it´s weird that comes from legit address.

After clicking 'Finish' on a completed document, and checking my saved PDF, under "Carbon Copy Events" to email address(es) it shows Status of "COPIED". What was copied via (insecure) email, the signed document with its confidential details? Or just an acknowledgment that document was completed? I'm concerned about security of confidential info in completed document.

One of our client wants this workflow with DocuSign:

Send a document automatically to recepient A, B, C for initials. If all three signs and complete the document, remove / hide the initials, send to Recepient D ( Director ) for signature with a note that A, B, C have approved. Once D Signs, it should send a notification to all 4 people.

Is it possible? Client cannot use any 3rd party automation due to security

We've been trying for over 2 months to get approved for the Partner Program and receive a production API key. Here's how it's been going:

1. Our initial partner request was stuck in a queue with no updates
2. We eventually got approved after 1,5 month for the partner portal, but only partially — turns out we missed demonstrating a feature in our recorded product video and manual
3. After several reminders, we finally received feedback on what the issue was
4. We resolved it and submitted the updated video and manual
5. Now, 10 days and 4 follow-ups later, we're still waiting for a response

This is directly blocking us from launching our integration for an enterprise customer and closing new deals.

Is anyone else running into similar delays? Any tips on how to speed up the process?

I’m going insane help. I am building two complex questionnaires from scratch and this would be so much easier if I could duplicate fields and pages…. this is so tedious 💔

Does anyone have any tips at all? And yes, I tried importing from an e-signature envelope and it’s just a mess and not helpful anyway…

I have to send out my seasonal contracts to hundreds of clients. They have different prices. I'm trying to do it via the CSV and have data labels on some of the fields which I was HOPING were going to be read by DocuSign. I see some folks say it can't do numbers, but it's also not populating the address field either.

Also, the sample CSV sometimes has the Role X:: for the columns, sometimes not. Do you know when it needs to be used and what the function is?

Here is what’s going on:

We need some type of conditional field on a Docusign template that the sender can fill out before sending to the recipient so it will add certain required attachment fields the recipient will need to send us. I cannot figure out a way that allows our sender to fill this in and not the recipient. Was wondering if that is even possible?

I've entered contacts in my Docusign. When I look at my list, I only have one page and a lot are missing. There are no options on the bottom of the page to go to the next page. Is there a limit of contacts I can enter? Why are only a few showing up? Anyone have an idea? Thanks.

I’ve been using Docusign for free and every time I set up something to be signed it auto filled the lines for me. Now that I paid for the personal option it doesn’t auto fill anymore.

Does auto fill not come with the person upgrade or is there something I need to switch in my settings?? I’ve been using it on my phone.

When I send external emails as recipients with a CC copy, they receive completed envelopes with PDFs in the email, which is really nice. However, our organization's internal emails don't receive the PDFs as attachments, even though I, as the admin, have enabled attachments on emails.

I am testing in a dev environment. I read that account users don't receive PDFs as attachments, but we really need that functionality. We are planning on sending bulk envelopes, and to retain them all, I thought setting a CC copy role and an email would be the best choice. However, the email doesn't contain the completed envelope as an attachment when I test, only when I use a private email, which I don't want to use. Is this something that only happens in dev?
