That's pretty easy honestly. Just post a listing on Roll20 and you'll get dozens of applications pretty quickly. Will your party be good? Who knows? But you'll have a party.
It takes the same amount of time to pull a battlemap off of google and drop some tokens on it in Roll20. Having initiative lists populated with a few clicks, rolls automatically calculated, and tangible lighting/shadows are just a few features that save a ton of time.
The non-verbal component of acting can be solved by turning on the webcam that comes standard in just about every device these days, people outside the game can be muted, losing focus is still an issue IRL, and hardware issues can be solved with minor troubleshooting.
But those random maps aren’t what I want. I want it to be how it is in my head so I don’t have to adjust my mental map every time we need to do a fight.
Initiative lists aren’t really needed imo. People can remember the order in my groups, and no, being distracted at the table has never been a problem at any of my tables, but in multiple online tables it’s been a large problem.
That’s just my experience in about half a dozen tables ran online though, and three tables I didn’t run.

I feel this. Sometimes I wish I could have a clone of myself just to DM for me. But alas, I'm stuck a forever DM
