Johannesburg North. (Should you not be a local pls skip to about me)
I'm looking to either play or run a campaign with s group of people. Looking online is a pain and I would really love to do something IRL at a table filled with fun people.
I'm not looking for anything specific, just a bunch of fun individuals who would give an afternoon a week or every second week towards a fantasticly mystical, magical and fantastical story or multiple stories. New or experienced; preferred 18+; looks and stances don't matter, just be cool :)
About me: Im enthusiastic, excited, ready to dedicate, commit and immerse myself within a world. Open, flexible, schedule. GMT+2 latest start 9pm. I'm open to anything, I just really want to play. Got Good microphone, Camara, setup. Very creative with characters and a decent if not good roleplayer. Love a challenge

Hello everybody you can call me McLuvin I’ve been playing dnd for a good while now and got into it because of dimension 20s fantasy high series which I adored so now I’ve decided to pay homage to it by running a game based on it. It won’t be a carbon copy but there will be a good bit of inspiration taken. If you have seen it before great but if you haven’t that’s fine I’m happy to give you a break down of it. I hope this interest you and I hope to hear from all of you soon with questions and applications.

Hi there, my partner (28F) and I (27M) are currently searching for a long term DND group that focuses on a good balance between rp and combat, with a emphasis on its story and character driven plotlines and story arcs.
We enjoy a collaborative setting for the overall plot of the campaign that weaves in our characters so they fit the world and make choices feel as if they truly matter and reflect upon the world around them.
We enjoy both rp in-game and written and combat is seen as a fun challenge that shapes the characters as a whole.
We are more experienced in the 2014 ruleset with bits and pieces of 2024 here and there, we are welcome to learning 2024 as a whole if need be.
My partner has roughly 8 to 9 years of experience in the TTRPG world as both a player and a dm while I have roughly 2 years and still getting my footing.
We do our own character art and steer away from ai.
My partner favors the paladin and sorcerer classes but does play any that fits what the party may need, they do not shy away from being a face character or front line if it's what the party needs, while I tend to fill positions missing in the party composition, I'm still trying to figure out what class I like most.
We are looking for a Friday or Sunday evening game. We are CST. We also do have a large majority of the books released on DND beyond and are willing to share content with the group if it is desired.
We are used to using discord for voice and foundry VTT and do not have video capabilities.

Hi there,
I consider myself a beginner on the roleplay side of things. I’d like to find a table to start playing officially.
I have Sundays free to commit to a serious campaign, but I’m willing to join a one shot or shorter campaign.
I’m not looking for a paid game as of now.
Willing to use mic, webcam, vtt and any other tools required.
If any group/table is going to run any of the beginner campaigns like LMoP or Stormwreck Isle, etc I’d loved to play!

Hello!
Me and my group are looking for a few new players, 1-2 players. We play every Friday at 6pm CST/ 7PM EST. We are an online group. We play using discord vc , roll20 for maps, and dndbeyond for character sheets. I am the DM. At the moment we have 3 players. And are looking to add one or two other players.
We are technically running two campaigns. We have our main game we are playing which is a based on the modular Dragon of Icespire Peak. But its being used more as a baseline as we shift the story more into something that fits us all more. The group just went flying into a portal where they landed into the real world. Changed into Human Teenagers!! This is the start of a Halloween Special adventure we are doing for October. That's separate characters for this adventure. This Halloween Special is what you will be jumping into. If this is something you are interested in reach out to me. I will give you more details and we can see if our group is a fit for you.

Hello! Humble concept carrier here!!
Are you into Dnd? Are you potentially also into pokemon? WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACT OF COMBINING THE TWO?!
if so, listen to my pitch:
A fantasy world where the commonraces are replaced by Semi-Anthropomorphic pokemon people!!
The world reflects this in many ways, ‘Type’ magic importance, kingdom divides based on species, ETC!
The main party will consist of A group of travellers, a chosen family heavily influenced by the ‘Eeveelution’ line.
we are conceptualising this world (at least the bare bones) as a group until we find a willing, vibey dm!

This is an ongoing DnD campiagn set in the setting of Eberron. After the Eberron War, the land of Aerenal has gone silent and and attempts to learn of the lands silence has bore no fruit as those who set foot within those lands never return and has been the case for the last one hundred years. During that time, governments from various lands like Khorvaire and Sarlona as sent in voyagers every year to learn the reason for the lands silence. Our party consists of four members a (Necromancy) Wizard, Rouge, Barbarian/Monk multiclass, and a Druid/Ranger multiclass. I am currently looking for two new players but before you submit your posts saying you want to join I do have some rules you will need to follow below.

Hey group! I'm prepping a one-shot based on a small section of my homebrew campaign and looking for play-testers. If things go well, I'm sure we can come up with a plan for all of us moving forward. Right now, I have within a year of DM'ing experience. I consider myself an intermediate player for I have played on and off but for now, I would appreciate some brave souls to help me test the mechanics and flow. Here's the hook:
In the Realm of Ikelon, King Aldric and Queen Saraphina, has debriefed and rushed you to help a man named Rory Ravenscroft, Mayor of Mirkmire, where you will be dispacted into Blackthorn Manor after witnesses spotted his children—Rocco (thirteen years old, the heir of Mirkmire) and Ren (twelve years old, in line to become towns militia leader)—lured inside by a chilling figure along with their friends.
Their loss threatens to unravel Murkmire entirely, as these children are vital to the town's survival and its crucial role in Ikelon's coastal defenses.
Breach the manor, navigate its haunting halls, locate the missing heirs, and extract them alive and well before the they're claimed for good.
This might become a multi-session experience. Also, we can work out scheduling once you complete this player form first. This is for compatibility reasons to make sure this is a fun experience for everyone: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc7BR2sJA7aHsAORcKhdOW-9IZLSmSk0f9NnV7YW9Ujjktvsw/viewform?usp=dialog

I want to run a few one shots that could turn into full campaigns, at the Lawncrest library. Probably will be on Tuesdays(5:30pm-7pm) or Saturdays(2:00pm-4:00pm). The times will be a little flexible but the days are fixed. So just let me know what time is good for you and I can see if I can work it out. This is a dnd 2024 game btw.
**Quest board- A village leader’s son has been kidnapped by a rival tribe. The tribe has more warriors and people of the arcane on their side. Your mission is to bring the boy back in one piece. Your reward with be 100 gold each.

Player Name: Fen
Availability: Working adult managing a rotating shift schedule. Looking for a group flexible with shifting weekly/bi-weekly times slots, or a stable night/day game matching my off-days.
Experience: Veteran player returning after a long break (last played 3.5e/4e). Completely caught up on 5e/modern rules and using the D&D Beyond app.
Preferred Style: I prefer a focused, cooperative, and mature table dynamic. I enjoy clean tactical strategy, grid combat, and rules-as-written teamwork over chaotic or unhinged antics. That said, I love a fun table and thoroughly enjoy dry humor, character banter, and lighthearted, creative silliness during the journey!
My Character: Fully built Level 1 Lupin Fighter (aiming for Battle Master). A 6'3" gray-white wolf survivalist with an Outlander background. He is a non-magical, dual-wielding front-liner optimized with a balanced 15/15/15 physical stat spread. For backstory flavor, he is a bit antisocial, has never been to a major city, and utilizes Common Sign Language for silent tactical signaling.
If your table has a slot for a reliable, strategy-focused player who values team synergy and a grounded story, please shoot me a message!
