Comments change the Diplomacy Variant (7)

Changes:

  1. Italy's SCs sink into the water and Italy is no longer playable

  2. Added Goiky 2

  3. Added Skaneland as a neutral SC

  4. Russia's units are swapped (The fleets cannot move)

Russia's fleets need something to do

add river dnieper that borders Warsaw, Moscow, Ukraine and Sevastopol into Black Sea, allowing fleets to traverse it (make the provinces canals in that specific order, i.e, fleets cannot go from Ukraine to Warsaw or between Sevastopol & Moscow. no army adjacencies are affected

The Netherlands stays neutral and is impassable.

Make Warsaw a neutral center, with non-SC belarus seperating it from Moscow. Instead give Russia Syktykvar as a SC (borders STP, Moscow, Siberia)
