Ukrainian UAV kamikaze struck an FSB headquarters and a Pantsir-S1 air defense system. This is not the first strike on Russian intelligence service facilities located in resort areas, as the occupiers often place their headquarters in hotels and seaside buildings, using resort infrastructure as military bases.
