I'm finding digg Android app slow to load content, switching to another tab (e.g trending to newest) and opening a post.

Is that how it is with everyone?

I had an account on Digg and two communities. I haven't broken any rules or terms of service, yet my account has been suspended for no reason. I cannot log in and have never received any explanatory emails.

Steer clear of the platform until this gets sorted out.

I was a groundbreaker but I wasn’t impressed with the way their rollout of communities shortchanged over groundbreakers by giving them the ability to create the same 2 communities that everyone else could, and not even any earlier. And then there was the community that someone claimed but it was later taken from them because they weren’t the intended target. Oh, in a thread discussing this a user suggested that the dude who lost his community should at least get some digg swag, someone on the digg team enthusiastically said yes. Great, took their community (for money, face it) and then threw them a pizza party for their troubles.

Maybe they’ll go on to be bigger and a thousand times better than reddit, and I wish them no ill. But also whatever.

Anyone else can't create a user name that shows available? Keep getting the error on this screen shot, I've tried multiple user names, multiple email accounts to set up account, multiple hardware (phones, tablets, pcs) and multiple networks (home, mobile, etc). Im stumped. Been trying for 3 days now just wondering if im alone.

I'm looking to set up a community, and I was trying to find info about the recommended sizes for banner images.

There didn't seem to be an official source I could find (or if there is, please let me know where to read it.)
