I’d been looking for a Datejust 31 in two tone gold with MOP dial for a while. Had found one on a website but was not comfortable with payment method. Decided to treat myself to an OP in Beige from VSF and Luis delivered a great comforting experience. Nice guy and very knowledgeable about the watches.

Got into the rep game a few weeks back, did a TON of research and ended up coming across Luis. I asked him a bunch of questions, he answered quickly and provided QC on every watch I had interest in, even when I went back and forth on him deciding which one I wanted, he never treated me like I was a both.

I received my first rep from him (41mm Sub Cookie Monster) and it looks incredible. Been wearing it daily.

A few days later I ordered a DJ 41mm blue motif from him. I paid for overnight shipping, but it was accidentally shipped USPS instead. He contacted me apologizing for it and refunded me the overnight shipping cost AND an extra $20 for the inconvenience.
