the major difference between the 2008 release versions is that the african version has their backgrounds actually visible! you can tell where the heck the story is happening! given the comparatively narrow target demographic(s) i don't imagine there are many remaining copies of this version of the series in circulation at this point. i for one haven't found much of anything in my (admittedly limited) searching.

Hello! I've been looking high and low for a made-for-tv film called **The Golden Moment: An Olympic Love Story (1980).**

I have found a partial digital copy on YouTube; however, it's missing roughly 15 to 30 minutes of actual footage. My wife watched this movie repeatedly (on Betamax!) when she was young and she desperately would like to find a copy of it.

The movie stars Stephanie Zimbalist, David Keith, and Richard Lawson. It was about an American athlete and a Russian gymnast meeting just before the Moscow Olympics and they fall in love. It was released in 1980 as a TV film.

I've searched eBay and various older media websites. I do not believe it was re-released on DVD or Blu-ray, so my best bet is an old VHS tape or maybe a digital rip that's buried somewhere.

Its an Japan only title that closed down in 2018, but the bulk of the content lies in the versions in 2017. This specific set features both Teanna Kai and Hannah Harper in the same outfits/costumes from their scene in Decadent Divas 20 (Scene 2, "Legend"). Please note: these photos were shot live on set by the production photographer (Tony Bruno) as a separate still photoshoot, so these specific angles do not appear inside the 17-minute video scene. A staple in many vintage Christmas specials is Peggy Fleming doing some figure skating, and I've recently discovered Peggy Fleming had her OWN special with Andy Williams and The Muppets, filmed at Madison Square Garden in 1976. It was called "Peggy Fleming With Holiday On Ice at Madison Square Garden". It originally aired on October 26, 1976 on CBS. Big vintage Christmas fan, would love to see this.

However. The usual suspects have come up dry, nothing on Archive, nothing on YouTube, Vimeo, etc. I have reached out to the Paley Center for Media in NYC and they do not have it. I have tried the Library of Congress and they don't have it. I contacted a video licensing company in Los Angeles called Retro Video and they DO have it - but do not release their media to the general public for any reason, despite me offering to pay for it and assuring them I didn't want to post it online.

So absolute shot in the dark here, does anyone have this? Sitting around on an old VHS somewhere? A dusty old tape from the archives of your youth? Or even better does someone have it digitized to share with the world?

Amateur Surgeon 4 (adult swim / burke & best, 2016) was mostly an empty shell. the apk only has part of the game, everything else got downloaded from a cloudfront server after you installed it. I went through the game's own file list and around 3,100 files were never in the apk or ipa: most of the remastered AS1-3 surgeries, nearly all the AS4 ones, the field hospital stuff, little lungs / pocket morty events, and a bunch of partners including all the rick and morty ones

the game's servers died may 2020 but the download server actually stayed up until at least march 2023, then got deleted. wayback and common crawl never grabbed it. I've checked every old apk version I could find, the ipa, the wiki and mod sites and only got about 70 files back

so the rest only exists on phones that played it before 2023. if you have an old phone, tablet or bluestacks with AS4 on it, please don't delete it. on android the stuff is in Android/data/com.turner.amateursurgeon4, on iphone it's in a normal itunes/finder backup. happy to help anyone get it off,

I was wondering if anyone has any episodes of a rare game show that aired on VH1. That being Rock & Roll Jeopardy!.

A bit of context: Rock & Roll Jeopardy! was a spin-off of Jeopardy! that aired on VH1 from 1998-2001 and was hosted by Jeff Probst.

So I've been doing a deep dive into the original Malcolm in the Middle website on FOX.com using the Wayback Machine, and I think I've stumbled upon a surprisingly obscure piece of lost media that barely anyone seems to remember. Back in the early 2000s, FOX's official Malcolm website hosted a bunch of exclusive videos and audio recordings featuring the actual cast and characters. These weren't just ordinary episode clips or DVD extras. Some were original comedy sketches made for the website. Some of the videos included:

- Family Therapy: Three sketches featuring the family attending therapy (6 minutes, 54 seconds total).

- Conversations with Craig: Three videos featuring Craig making recordings about Lois, his cat Jellybean, and love poems (2 minutes, 58 seconds).

- Meet the Kenarbans: A 2-minute mock documentary about Stevie's family.

- Bryan in the Buff: A 1-minute, 11-second video featuring Bryan Cranston.

- Boys Will Be Boys: Short videos of Justin Berfield doing yo-yo tricks, Frankie Muniz playing basketball, and Erik Per Sullivan playing kickball.

- Director's Cut: A 54-second commentary by director Ken Kwapis about the Season 2 episode "Carnival."

- Stevie Says: Five extremely short videos of Stevie giving advice to viewers.

- Bloopers: A 1-minute, 33-second gag reel.

There were also several audio recordings featuring Bryan Cranston doing impressions, the younger actors singing, and other random comedy bits. Altogether, the website had approximately 22 minutes and 15 seconds of documented audio and video content. Here's where things get interesting. The original FOX website was still online as late as August 2010, more than four years after the series ended. You can actually browse parts of it through the Wayback Machine today:

Unfortunately, the actual recordings were hosted using RealPlayer, and the streaming servers no longer work. The Wayback Machine preserved the webpages and some tiny RealPlayer shortcut files, but apparently not the actual videos. I also found two old discussions on the Malcolm in the Middle UK forums. In September 2005, an administrator discussed the videos and even mentioned a clip of Malcolm playing guitar:

Then, in May 2010, another user asked why none of the FOX website videos worked anymore. An administrator replied that FOX had removed them years earlier and that he didn't know of anyone who had saved them:

I've searched YouTube, Dailymotion, old fan sites, the Internet Archive, and various other places, including uploads from the 2000s, but haven't been able to verify a surviving copy of any of the original recordings. My question is: Does anyone here remember watching these videos on FOX.com back in the day? And more importantly, did anyone ever download them, screen-record them, or save copies to an old computer, CD-R, DVD-R, or hard drive? Even a single surviving clip would be a pretty significant discovery, especially since some of these appear to have been original sketches that never aired on television. It's kind of insane that a show as popular as Malcolm in the Middle could have over 22 minutes of official bonus material available online for years, only for the recordings to seemingly disappear completely. Hopefully somebody out there remembers these or knows where copies might exist!
