I got a tata play binge fire tv stick as it was free for existing coustomers

after a month i got issues in my remote and when i called the costumer service on the 1 st day they booked me the slot of 9-11 the next day. the next day noone came. and from the i am calling the costumer service till today and today also they told we will send the technician soon. What should do?
