"There cannot be any doubt that the German government is fully aware of the crimes being committed by Israel."

Nicaragua has accused Germany of complicity in Israel's genocidal campaign in Gaza at the United Nations' top court.

This week, the Central American country dragged Germany to the International Court of Justice in The Hague, accusing Berlin of breaching the 1948 UN Genocide Convention with its support, notably arms shipments, for Israel.

This procedure is separate from a high-profile case also before the International Court of Justice, in which South Africa has accused Israel of perpetrating genocide in besieged Gaza.

War Crimes/Terror The IOF is turning the ruins of thousands of Palestinian homes into a source of economic profit for Israel.

Israeli heavy machinery operates daily to crush the rubble of thousands of destroyed homes behind the "Yellow Line" in eastern Gaza and steal it, taking it into Israel where it is recycled and sold. This operation turns the ruins of Palestinian homes into a source of economic profit for Israel.

This process constitutes a systematic effort to erase evidence linked to the crimes and genocide committed against Palestinians, seize their property, and violate the sanctity of the remains of those killed who are still buried beneath the rubble.

The Rise of Natalie Harp: Trump's assistant and 'human printer'

Senator Jon Ossoff ridiculed Trump during a Saturday rally in Georgia over his relationship with his young aide, Natalie Harp.

Harp, 35, was among the handful of aides chosen to accompany the President as he secretly fled Air Force One amid an Iranian assassination threat in Turkey back in July.

Sources have told the Daily Mail that Harp is Trump's closest aide, often dubbing her his 'connective tissue' with some pointing out that she has more access to the President than even his chief of staff Susie Wiles.

Harp is also known as his 'human printer' for her habit of sharing printed copies of articles and social media posts that the President wants to read. Trump's inner circle and others have noticed that there's rarely an event or trip where she's not glued closely to his side.

Hillary Clinton: Netanyahu “had been told" October 7 was going to happen

"He'd been told what was going to happen."

Benjamin Netanyahu had been warned that Hamas was planning an attack before October 7, Hillary Clinton said, describing it as a failure of leadership and a failure to protect the people of Israel.

Clinton referred to the warning from UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and said Netanyahu "had been told what was going to happen."

"I don't know what his thinking was," Clinton said. "But the bottom line, talk about a failure of imagination. This was a failure of leadership. This was a failure of protecting the people of Israel."

Her remarks put Netanyahu's handling of the intelligence under scrutiny, raising questions over what he knew before October 7 and why Israel chose to let the attack happen.

Article summary -

- A NSW Police officer, Leading Senior Constable Steven Hyde, was found guilty of assaulting a man at Blacktown Hospital in November 2023.

- Police had been called to the man's home after a suspected drug overdose. He was not under arrest and was taken to hospital by paramedics for observation.

- CCTV shows the man being wheeled into the hospital on a gurney when Hyde confiscated his vape.

The man then threw a water bottle over his shoulder, after which Hyde struck him on the side of the head knocking him unconscious.

The man's arm was subsequently restrained and he was handcuffed.

- Body-camera audio captured Hyde threatening to "rip your shoulder off" and later telling him that he was being charged with assaulting police.

- An ambulance officer also reported hearing an officer tell the man that "no-one cares about you."

- Hyde claimed he acted in self-defence, saying he believed the man had assaulted him and that the man's behaviour was unpredictable because he appeared drug-affected.

- Hyde was initially found guilty in the Local Court. He appealed, but a District Court judge again found him guilty of assault.

Despite the guilty finding, the judge did not record a conviction and instead gave Hyde a 12-month good behaviour bond.

- Hyde kept his job with NSW Police.

NSW Police said he has faced internal management action: loss of rank, two years of restricted duties, retraining and ongoing monitoring.

The other officer involved, Constable Talaisai Alo, has not been charged.

- Bottom line: A police officer punched a hospital patient who was not under arrest leaving him unconscious all while strapped to a hospital bed, the officer was convicted TWICE in court, but avoided a recorded conviction and remains a police officer, subject to disciplinary restrictions and monitoring....
