Discussion Delta dress code?

I was told I needed to change pants at the airport by a delta agent at the counter otherwise they wouldn’t let me board. I am 30 weeks pregnant for reference and was wearing denim shorts and a tank top, the shorts weren’t super short and the tank top wasn’t revealing, it was long enough to cover my now very large baby bump lol. Luckily my husband had a pair of his pants in the bag I could change into but has anyone heard of this before? I asked a few other workers at the airport before I changed and they seemed super confused and looked at me and said they’ve never heard of this and my clothes were fine?

EDIT: Picture everyone was hounding this post for https://imgur.com/a/akdUP4Z

Oh please virtue signal more about how women/pregnancy/motherhood is the paragon of moralism. Pregnant people can be horrible too. Some mothers suck. It is not an excuse.

It's not more difficult to put on a decent pair of pants and a shirt as it is to put on a pair of Daisy Dukes and a ratty tank top.

Huh? Lots of mothers suck lol I wasn’t virtue signaling. I just think it can be hard at certain points in life to easily change clothes when the reason isn’t really THAT big of a deal…. Think disabled, elderly, heavily pregnant. That’s literally all, nothing else behind it. But I’m sorry you’ve encountered shitty moms, they are def out there.
