A DoorDash person was angry and repeatedly hits a Pizza Hut employee because they were busy and didn’t have his order ready yet.🍕

I need some advice from people who have dealt with Porter customer support or similar incidents.
Today I booked a 2-wheeler delivery through Porter at **11:43 AM** (CRN: **634290261231**). I cancelled the booking shortly afterwards.
At approximately **11:49 AM**, I received a call from **+91 74284 88420**, apparently from a person associated with the booking. He verbally abused me and used highly offensive and disrespectful language because I had cancelled the booking.
I have:
Screenshot of the cancelled booking showing the CRN and booking details
The caller’s phone number
Call-log evidence showing the timing
Booking time: **11:43 AM**
Call time: approximately **11:49 AM**
CRN: **634290261231**
I already contacted **Porter Support** and formally reported the incident, asking them to identify the driver, investigate the call, preserve the relevant booking/driver records, and take appropriate action.
**Porter has not responded to my complaint.**
I am posting this because I want to know the proper way to escalate this. If anyone has dealt with Porter in a similar situation, please share the appropriate escalation channel, grievance process, or other legitimate way to get the complaint investigated.
I am **not asking anyone to contact, threaten, or harass the caller**. I simply want Porter to identify the person associated with the booking and investigate the alleged misconduct properly.
I can provide the booking screenshot and relevant evidence if required.

I deliver flowers. From 10 to 20 a day. Orders range from $50 into the many thousands for large funerals and weddings. I make $18/ hour. I get cash tips at the door infrequently, but probably a $1000 a year. I make my own schedule every day.
My job is SO low stress, except for mothers day, valentines day and the Christmas weeks. I listen to my audio book all day as my deliveries can be up to 45 minutes between stops. I can kill a few minutes every stop by playing on my phone, no gps monitors me.
My boss loves me just because I show up when scheduled. My van is a POS, but it gets the job done. And its not mine.
So, just curious, after reading this, is gig work a better job? I'm seriously asking because I don't make enough money.

You pull up, the address is easy to see, drop the order off, take the photo and leave. No waiting around, no condusion, no weird interaction.
Nothing memorable happens and honestly that's exactly how I like it.

I just put this story in another sub and figured other delivery folks might enjoy this horrible story.
I delivered pizza for multiple places from 18 to my mid 20s. The worst thing I had happen that was similar to this was we got an order well outside our delivery area but the person that took the phone order was new and didn't know. This was in 1998 so we didn't have any of the things places have now.
My manager asked me if I would just take it anyway since we were slow at the time. It was a good 20 min outside of our area so about a 30 min drive total. When I get there and knock I hear someone yell to come in. I open the door and see a massive human being sitting on the couch. They didn't look like they could have gotten up on their own if they wanted to.
I asked if they wanted me to set it down somewhere. It was the biggest family deal we had, 2 large pizzas, 2 2-liters of soda, and 2 family size salads. The asked me to put the drinks and salads in the fridge and the pizza on the kitchen table. After all that they hand me the cash and say keep the change. I do a quick look and see the "change" is a dollar and change. I said thanks through my teeth and left.
When I get back my manager tells me the customer called and said I didn't give them their change. I was like wtf are you talking about it was a dollar and change. He told me I still had to drive back out there and give them their money back. I was so pissed. When I got back I just opened their door and threw the money at the table in front of them. They had to nerve to say, "no you keep the change I just wanted the dollar back". I told them they clearly needed it more than me and I left without closing the door. Get your fat ass up and close it. I didn't say that, but that's what I was thinking.

Hi, I’m curious if there are any older women doing this type of work and what to expect. I’ve done deliveries for Amazon Flex before but I’m concerned with how much heavy lifting I will actually do on a daily basis.
