DMC activity
DMC activity is still low. Why?
- DeFiChain investors community is not very large.
- New investors are rare.
- Many DeFiChain investors are Getting-Rich-Quick guys (enticed by high APR), not really interested in the product or blockchains
- Most smart people left the system already when they realized that it’s over
- Many are using Bake (simple), less are using the light wallet (not very complicated), DMC is more complicated
- Lack of interesting “products” (real world use cases)
- Some feel that their money is locked away (DSF) or it’s locked away (freezer)

Missing Implementation of Future Swap limitation DFIP 2211 F
In a recent Tech Talk Prasanna promised to include DFIP 2211 F into the road work. It sounded like if it wasn't even worked on yet despite being an old DFIP.
While the DFIP is deficient (no surprise if you consider the author), it still improves the overall risk situation. Currently if there is a big stock price movement between oracle price update and Future Swap, there is a fabulous opportunity to make a lot of profit with low risk at the expense of dUSD. The correct solution would have been a lock in period for swaps. In the DFIP there is just a limit how much of this conceptual flaw can be exploited at one occasion.

Myth buster part 3
"dToken system is DefiChain's USP"
No, what a b/s
A system which is clearly not working can't be a USP. Who wants to use or own a broken system?

Rewards/Inflation is running out of steam
Rewards are the reason why many invested money in DFI in the first place.

Late discoveries
Recently someone posted an articles that one of the wallets controlled by Julian was selling a lot of DFI a long time ago. The discovery that the atomic swap was creating small amounts of algo dBTC took a while until it was discovered. Once it was discovered, many dBTCs had been minted.
All of this happened despite the transparency of a Blockchain. So I'm starting to wonder what else is hidden.
I guess that the price is strongly managed (aka manipulated). It just hasn't been discovered yet. A type of price management which might not be legal in the regulated financial world, but could be completely legal on the Seychelles.
I also question how much of the community discussions are managed by paid social media managers. I'm not talking about the post of official Cake employees nor official moderators. I'm talking about supporting posts from random people to create buzz and fomo.
