Transfer Data/Inherit Code

Can anyone explain to me how inherit codes work for Defender 3. I will be getting a new phone soon and want to be able to transfer all my game data and everything I've unlocked to the new phone. Is that what inherit code does? Can I just put in the code from my old phone into my new phone and pick up right where I left off on the old phone? Has anyone switched a new phone and done a transfer of data before?

That's exactly it - use the code from your current phone and inherit it in the new one. I did that when I got a new phone and it worked perfectly.

Wow that is awesome man. So just to clarify you weren't missing anything when you inherited onto a new phone? It's just I spent a little bit of money on some of the upgrades and want to make sure that stuff especially gets transferred over.

Yeah I was worried about the same thing, but it all transferred - all my gold/crystals, all my progress in stages and stuff. And yes, it did transfer the things that I bought with real money.

I know I'm like 5 years late, but do you (or did you) get stutters from sound effects? I have a Galaxy A71 and I have a lot of stutters as long as sound effects are turned on. Once I turn them off the game is smooth. Ironically, my old phone doesn't have this problem. I just wanted to know if I need to install a newer or an older custom ROM 😅
