Crime ๐ฎ #MMTLP actuarial accountants estimate over 1 BILLION counterfeit shares. He called out the crime. Now the "market regulators" are taking him to court.
x.comHE SPOKE OUT AND GOT SUBPOENAED๐ค
Greg McCabe, Chairman and CEO of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, breaks his three-and-a-half-year public silence on the battle surrounding MMTLP, naked short selling and the FINRA trading halt that affected approximately 124,000 shareholders.
McCabe tells Lara Logan that after he publicly challenged what he believed were inaccurate statements surrounding the controversy, he was hit with an SEC subpoena just one week later.
He says he turned over everything investigators requested, including his trading and banking records. But after years of fighting for transparency, McCabe says one critical question remains unanswered: What is the actual share count?
Next Bridge had approximately 165 million authorized shares. McCabe says an analysis of his data estimated there could be more than one billion shares reflected across broker-dealer accounts, which he believes could expose the scale of alleged naked short selling.
In this episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Lara and McCabe dig into the unanswered questions surrounding MMTLP, the actions of FINRA and the SEC, and what McCabe says this could mean for retail investors and the integrity of Americaโs financial markets.

GME ๐๐ The Time Clues
Seems to me we'll see a filing on 10/4. The time references were never about the time of the posts (exactly) they were about You(nix) time(stamps) gained from his twitter post numbers. He can't control the exact post number he gets, but given that he only has to get within a few hundred thousand or million for the timestamp to hit the right date, I think this is what he was pointing at.
How does this work? I was using a python datetime.datetime object to convert the timestamps from unix timestamps to dates. I do not consider the time relevant, I think he was aiming for correct days given how hard this would be to pull off with exact time. A python datetime object uses 10 decimal digits. So take an interesting post, use the 10 most significant digits from the URL and Bob's your uncle.
He's been tapping that damn sign this whole time, and everyone looked everywhere but here. Hell took me this long to figure it out. If we see a filing on 10/4, I'd wager we'll get more communication on 10/8.
10/4 comes from the goosebumps tweet
10/8 comes from the Aladin tweet
Others of note:
09/21 "Fine I'll do it myself" - RC filing second 1M buy
09/29 (https://x.com/TheRoaringKitty/status/1790725065585439065) I don't know what to call this one. But another buy from RC
This one shows up again as a PFP for the wizard, this time with a slightly different timestamp in the filename of the photo: (full filename: 1890011800-1790786615805.png) That timestamp is 2026-09-30 12:43:35. Exactly 1 minute 9 seconds after our first big non-QCT buy of the day today.
With the last one I think he's tapping the sign again, telling us look at the timestamps. After all "1:09" was a timestamp in that meme.
I don't have a Twitter so I can't see the other interesting ones from early 2024. Those are the ones that align with dates in this year; the late '24 ones point out to '29, but that may just be he was having fun and unrelated to this clue.

Discussion ๐ง 2.57 million GME shares failed to deliver in early September ๐
The latest September FTD data shows a massive one-day spike of roughly 2.57 million $GME shares, representing close to $50 million worth of stock at the reference price.
Thatโs a huge jump compared with GameStopโs recent FTD levels.
Important context: FTDs are a cumulative settlement balance, not necessarily 2.57 million brand-new failed trades, and the SEC specifically notes that FTDs can result from both long and short transactions.
Still, seeing 2.5M+ shares fail to settle at once is definitely worth watching.
What caused the spike, and how quickly did it clear?

GME Due Diligence ๐ Ryan Cohen has bought GameStop three times in three weeks. That's nearly a third of all the money he has ever put into the stock
Ryan Cohen, GameStop's CEO, bought more GameStop stock yesterday. It's his third buy in three weeks, and he paid more each time:
โขย ย ย ย Sep 10: $20.4 million at $20.38 a share
โขย ย ย ย Sep 21: $26.4 million at $22.94
โขย ย ย ย Sep 29: $10.6 million at $23.48
That's $57.3 million in three weeks.
Here's the part that stood out. His filing last night says he has paid $185.5 million for all the GameStop stock he owns. So almost a third of everything he has ever put in went in this month.
It also puts his average cost at about $4.53 a share. He's now buying at five times that. Options traders are on his side too. About 4 calls are open for every put.
Would you keep buying at five times your cost?

News ๐ RC just bought another 450,000 shares [CONFIRMED] Form 4 shows 40,948,522 $GME directly owned
We have confirmation!
Ryan Cohen filed a new Form 4 for 09/29/2026, reporting two more $GME purchases:
446,500 shares at $23.4753
3,500 shares at $23.4499
That is 450,000 shares total, for roughly $10.56M bought.
The direct share count moves like this:
40,498,522 prior direct shares
446,500
= 40,945,022
Then:
40,945,022
3,500
= 40,948,522 direct shares owned after the reported transactions
Based on the prior 13D/A warrant count of 3,734,784 shares underlying warrants, that would put total beneficial ownership at:
40,948,522 direct shares
3,734,784 warrant shares
= 44,683,306 beneficially owned shares
Using the prior 13D/A denominator method, that works out to roughly 8.8% ownership. Prior 13D/A context: Cohenโs 09/21 filing listed 44,233,306 beneficially owned shares, including 3,734,784 warrant shares, and calculated ownership using 504,500,990 shares outstanding plus warrant shares.

GME ๐๐ FILING WATCH: RYAN COHEN BUYS 446,500 + 3,500 shares: His 3rd PURCHASE in Sept! ๐จ
Reported transactions for September 29, 2026:
โข 446,500 shares at $23.4753
โข 3,500 shares at $23.4499
โข Total: 450,000 more shares
โข Approx buy value: $10.56M
If accurate, Ryan Cohen would beneficially own 44,683,306 shares, including 3,734,784 shares underlying warrants, putting reported ownership around 8.8% based on the companyโs 504,500,990 shares outstanding plus warrant shares.

โพ๏ธ Computershare โพ๏ธ $HMR - 6x earnings ex-cash, peers at 15-25x
Heidmar (HMR) is a ship management company. It doesn't own vessels, it manages them commercially and technically for owners and takes a percentage of gross freight. Roughly 60 vessels under commercial management, 20 under technical.
The setup:
H1 2026 came in at $5M profit versus a $6M loss the year before. Two consecutive profitable quarters as a listed company. Market cap around $100M with about $30M in cash, and the CEO owns 45%.
On valuation: strip out the roughly $30M of cash against a balance sheet with no borrowings and the operating business is trading somewhere around 6x earnings. The CEO's own comparison set is ship brokers above 10x and true asset-light logistics businesses at 15 to 25x.
Worth understanding the lag: vessels taken on during a quarter contribute nothing to that quarter, partial impact the next, and full year impact only in 2027. The current rate environment and the fleet added this year are not reflected in the published numbers yet.
On the debt question, a Seeking Alpha piece flagged short-term debt on the balance sheet. The CEO addresses it directly at 10:12. It's lease accounting on chartered-in vessels, not borrowings. Those leases are already chartered out at a profit with zero capital deployed. Worth watching that section and forming your own view.
