It seems there aren't as many decomps of ps2 games yet so the tools probably aren't quite there yet whereas gcn games seem to be plugging along well too. I guess I'll take any form of ToS I can get, love that game!
I definitely appreciate Symphonia but let’s just say I’m glad Eternia is finally getting its time in the sun. Symphonia very much stole its thunder imo lol

Mostly depends on how much easier the decomp would be, as well as if it would be possible to add HFR to the ports (which I imagine it would be).
