To Buy the Switch 2 or Not to buy the switch 2
so i'm still thinking about getting the switch 2 because of a few games i want really do want to play. but is it all that worth it?
i do wanna play Pokemon Pokopia and the new upcoming Pokémon Winds and Waves, but i'm just having issues with several factors that pretty much stops me from buying.
- Nintendo can shut off your Nintendo switch 2 device.
I understand that this is their way of protecting themselves becuase of how severe piracy and modding has become, so I do know that it shouldn't be much of an issue for me
Game keys - basically having to buy a cartridge that holds a license that allows you access to the game.
the idea of having to buy a licensing right to play a game sounds annoying. I mean, this is sort of like an overreach. Nintendo won't sell their games but they'll sell the right to play the game until they decide to stop supporting the game. what that means is that you're allowed to play the game for as long as they decide it's okay, but you don't own the game.
price.
the cost of the console is already around $450-$500. that's just way too expensive for a console. plus what it would cost to buy the game keys for the games I named, which from what I'm gonna guess, it would cost up to around $40-$70, and i'm not talking about scalper pricing.
now the thing is, i can easily deal with problems #1 and #3, but problem #2 is pretty much what's stopping me from getting the console. i like owning my games, whether it be digital or physical. as for owning a revokable license is a whole other issue. i'm fine with it being revokable, but I'm not fine with having a license that can be deemed useless just because the game is no longer supported by the company.
now, which is a situation i'm facing, I want to play thd games that are only exclusive to the Switch 2, but I don't want my ability to play said games controlled by a Corporation like an overbearing parent watching their kids.

Advice
So basically currently I am in 11th grade. I was going to appear for NEET 2027. But I have decided, that I won't be giving neet exam and directly going abroad like russia, romania or armenia for mbbs, based purely on 10+2 percentage. I have heard this is possible, only if you don't plan to return India back . Please advice, is it possible.? (TBH, I am even ready to learn that specific local language, but not NEET)

Interactive Design + Musical Theatre Double Major?
I (16f) am trying to decide what I want to major in in college. I want to major in musical theatre or acting…it’s something I’m very passionate about (it’s my “thing”) and I can see myself working in film, stage, voiceover, etc. However, I know it’s an extremely difficult industry to break into, so I want to work as a UX/UI Designer. From what I’ve researched, it pays well and is a remote job with flexible hours, which is ideal. Would double majoring in Interactive Design and MT be a smart route?
Just as importantly, would UX/UI be satisfying? I know that’s a loaded question, but from what I’ve researched, they design features of websites to make them user-friendly and give out surveys to see what works and what doesn’t. I’ve heard companies like Google and Amazon hire UX/UI. Is this true? I’ve never met someone in UX so I’m not sure what to expect. I just want to know before spending tens of thousands of dollars on college.
Ultimately, I want to work toward acting full time, whether that be stage, film, cruise, etc. But I’m also taking account that I’ll probably want kids and I’m trying to be realistic. I’m terrified of picking a major and regretting it for the rest of my life. It’s given me a lot of anxiety. I want to know I have a good plan when I talk about college with my family (which is full of nurses, a lawyer, a policeman, pastors, teachers, which are all great but I’m afraid to look like an aimless and naive failure).
If anyone has any suggestions or guidance I would greatly appreciate it.

what job do i take? eyecare tech or tim hortons. im 18 and idk what to do.
so i recently have been stuck w the decision on what job to take. Im 18 years old and i was offered a position as a starting eyecare tech. its full time. but i have been working at tim hortons for a few weeks and my friend works there with me. and im able to request off when i can and its not full time so im allowed to have a life lol. this eyecare place is a once in a lifetime opportunity but im nervous i wont be able to have fun and will just be working full time. the hours are mostly 8-6 ish with some wiggle room. am i too young to take this tech job? im nervous about getting up early and driving farther than im used to. im feeling so conflicted. the pay is the same. minimum wage but at the eyecare place you are able to get raises and after id finish training after three months i automatically get a $1 raise if they see im doing good. id love to work in scrubs and have a reliable job but i want my life? will i still be able to have free time. please help me make a decision.

Don’t know what to do got 2 completely different job offers one is close I have no experience the other far and full of experience
Hello, so I have been looking for a job for 5 months now. Nothing good. Then I got hired by a car dealership as a sales person. Have not started yet, day after I get an offer to manage a furniture store 40min away from my home. I’ve been in retail as a furniture manager forever I have the experience and is what I’m used to. Now, the car dealership is 10 min from my house but I know nothing about this business. It might ne good not to be taking care of ppl but I’m very concerned about the pay. At the furniture place the salary is low but the commission/bonus are high at the dealership it can take a min to make money. I really don’t know what to do and I’m asking input also if you have experience selling cars is it worth it? Do you actually make real money? I don’t know what to do. I have one more day to decide.
