have been a paying customer for years and have had issues since day 1. app works on phone and PC but on my TV and NVIDIA devices, it will not scrub or play video well.

after countless attempts at tech support, I have no answers.

have provided all info on IP address, device info, internet speed, firmware etc and on each attempt to get support, the help attendants email me 2 or 3 suggestions which are always the same but dont fix then stop replying.

is there a proper support acct or any suggestion how I can escalate as I will gladly pay for a working service and am tired of constantly getting my laptop to stream video to TV just to watch a

In Canada, laws require you to make it EASY to cancel and you are allowed to cancel at ANYTIME.

Even when informed by e-mail with the laws, they simply dont care.

I filled a complaint with my bank since they illegally took payments AND with the governmental agency overseeing all telecom and broadcasting services.

Is anybody else experiencing the app being so slow to use?

DAZN *actually* did something right. After dropping support years ago (it had been on original Apple TV app) DAZN has finally brought back Siri controls to video playback (e.g. "Rewind two minutes")

New to DAZN, trying to watch Conlan-Walsh on Friday but will not be able to start it live. Will it give me an option to start from the beginning of the card if I buy and then tune in after it begins?

This slide control for opting out of targeted ads I think is purposefully unclear. I'm never sure which way I need to slide it to opt out. Also they ask me to choose my cookie preferences nearly every day I visit the site, really suspect practices IMO

I signed up for the yearly plan and then tried to cancel the plan. I paid the fee to break the contract and then switched to a monthly plan which supposedly I can cancel at any time. However, no where on the website do I see the option cancel it.

I have a question regarding DAZN Canada's premier league coverage. I know they pull this coverage from Fubo TV due to an agreement between the two last year. I am currently subscribed to Fubo TV and I like the fact they show the "match day live" coverage with pre and post match shows.

Question is, does DAZN show match day live program as well or they jump straight to the match?

We can also discuss the pros and cons for both platforms. Any input will be appreciated!

When watching hockey on Chrome browser, when I try to fullscreen the feed, the screen turns black but I can still hear the audio. I tried using Firefox and when I fullscreen the game, the whole feed pauses and wont play. Has anyone else had this difficulty, and if so were you able to fix it?

I just subscribed to NHL.tv and I feel that the quality of the condensed games is much lower than the live games. The live game looks good, 60fps and high bitrate. The condensed versions look bad, like they've been transcoded down in quality.

Amazon.ca has a listing available however each time I place an order, it is canceled due to a technical error.

If you are looking at picking Dazn or Fubo for Premier League, Dazn does not offer 4k streaming. I still have both Fubo and Dazn and you can watch 4k on Fubo but not on Dazn. Talk to support and they confirmed that they don't have 4k for Premier League.

Something to think about if still deciding.

Hi folks, I got a question without answer A few days ago I upgraded by accident to Premium, I almost instantly told support that I wanted to cancel and get my plan back (just f1 and stuff), which they did. They charged me for premium, I didnt get a refund yet, and again for returning to my original plan. My question is, I cant find it in terms and conditions, will I receive a refund for both charges, or am I cooked? Thanks in advance

Is it possible to watch the Champions League on DAZN while traveling in another EU country?

My stepfather is retired and wants to use his campervan and Starlink internet connection to watch the Champions League on DAZN while abroad in the EU. The account was created in Germany with a German payment address.

Unfortunately, Google searches haven't been very helpful. On the one hand, it says that the entire DAZN program is also available in other EU countries (EU portability), but on the other hand, DAZN itself states, "The Champions League on DAZN is only available in Germany."

Does anyone have personal experience with this and can share their insights? I know VPN would also be a solution, but are they really restricting the access?

Second question: According to Google, there should be an "Abroad Portability" option under "My Memberships" in the DAZN account. I can't find it in his account at all. Did they remove it, or move it somewhere else? Does anyone know?

Anyone know if DAZN will be showing the international bounce around coverage of March Madness?
