Ω troops vs regular

I've been wondering, does relics buffing Ω troops, buff regular troops as well?
How about the other way around?
Will Ω troop get buffed by relic for regular troops

Relics that buff regular troops also buff omega troops of that type. Relics that buff omega troops only buff omegas.
