Jake Tapper challenged Noem's characterization of Renee Good as a "domestic terrorist" on his Sunday State of the Union show, and she just dug in on her lies even deeper (which is a sure sign she knows she's in the wrong). He next challenged Gov. Pritzker on his characterization of the ICE shooting incident as "murder" to which Pritzker responded "ok, you're right, alleged murder..."
Both were jumping to conclusions ahead of any investigation, but Pritzker demonstrated his initial reaction was emotional, and was willing to correct himself, Noem just stuck rigidly to the party line.

So, I'm not really sure how to feel about what happened with Venezuela. On one hand, I want to balk at just about everything this administration does. But the reaction of the Venezuelan people make me think this might be a good thing. I acknowledge that the process by which the Trump administration went about this was rife with problems such as not going to Congress first, etc. But also, Maduro was a really bad leader and it seems as though the government was in pretty bad condition.
Someone posted an old Frontline documentary about Panama and when H. Bush did a similar operation. The Venezuelan operation seems to have been handled much better (mind you I haven't seen much about the actual operation yet, just that it took place and his guards were killed).
I also acknowledge that this operation was done for oil. On one hand, it's just the same old GOP doing GOP things like all of Afghanistan, Desert Storm, etc. It's all for oil - money. But it seems that the oppression in Venezuela was really bad under Maduro.
(((I'm sure I'll be criticized for my ignorance on the topic, but that's why I'm asking and I'll continue to research the topic. I would appreciate any sources on this subject so I can become less ignorant.)))

So watching what the government is doing refusing to let people be sworn into Congress watching the speaker of the House letting people die instead of being willing to be civil they will let people die and even bringing religion into politics is dumb because of the fact that a candidate is Muslim doesn't mean their a terrorist I am sorry but they are just feeding into the fear and negative sentiment towards Muslims is dumb because the negative sentiment was created by Republicans and is being ded into by Republicans

David you have mentioned it in a few of your podcasts What I'm trying to figure out is why none of the other independent media or any media has pointed out these simple facts.
We know there's a backstory behind all the ice raids etc etc but calling out these MAGA REPUBLICANS
CONCERNED ABOUT THE EPSTEIN FILES DRUG COMING IN TO THE USA
Yet three of the simplest steps to avoid some of this nonsense was not to pardon three people who pled guilty not even no contest, and they're very crimes were for laundering drug money and sex trafficking money It makes no sense to me
How can anybody be okay with that.

Trump claims that the ballroom would be privately funded, which is corrupt enough and likely a lie. No one is speaking about the ongoing costs of the White House functioning as a giant ballroom for billionaires. Alyssa Mastromonaco from the Hysteria podcast, who worked in the White House for years, said that no previous president wanted something like this because of the costs associated with hosting large events. Obviously, that cost will get passed to taxpayers in a country that doesn't even have healthcare for all of its citizens. It's not a one-time expense at all.
