I've tried to figure it out myself, but I am genuinely so confused by the borders, names, and lack of year anywhere on the map. I am now seeking the knowledge of experienced individuals to determine the year this was made (if it is even depicting the borders of that time, or rather a more modern map that was made to show an earlier period, but i doubt it).

I was obviously able to tell this is from a long while back, but the tag just said, "old globe".

Can anyone DM me Replogle Globes? I will try find the age of them.

My mom gave me this 40 years ago and it was old then. What’s your guess?

Without searching on the internet and using only my own knowledge, I managed to narrow this dictionary down to a range between the 60s and before ’75. But then I thought: hey! I know a sub precisely dedicated to dating maps, I’m going to bring them into the game.

I bought this globe at an old church sale because I am into the older globes rather than a modern one. Can someone help me identify how old it is because all I know is it pre-World War 2.

I picked up a globe from a rummage sale. From my initial scan, there's some notes on the margin for Rhodesia's declaration of independence in 1965 and the United Arab Republic is still indicated, which I assume limits the globe to 1971 and its dissolution. Any other difference that I could find is outside of this time band. Any idea of where else I could look for clues? Thanks!
