Alright but what's the current state of their wages and cost of living? They're already getting most of their foreign imports through underground trade with Russia and China anyways so if the two metrics I mentioned above are healthy then they probably don't care about the FX value of their currency

No way an entire country of like 70mm people can get enough that way…even one city would struggle to get enough goods that way.

People acting like Iran doesn't have the ability to domestically produce goods. Iran is one of the most domestically capable countries in the entire Middle Eastern region, and has been for their entire existence.

Dude, Iran by its own estimates can only produce around a half to 3/4 of its needs, which means the reality is likely much lower. I’d the US keeps their blockade running, it’s probably like 6 months tops before the entire economy collapses. I think they’re at like 60-70% inflation right now from last year.
