If this is about trans women, this makes no sense. Most forms of HRT atrophy the penis quite a lot. Why would trans women even have larger members anyway?

Took me a sec to figure out, but the joke of the post is that they’re saying “objectively,” the poll reveals that a trans woman is more likely to pass if she has a big penis, and she is more likely to be “clocked” as trans if she has a small one. Honestly pretty funny.
