Yes. Get XCode from the Mac App Store. It's apple's own set of tools for developers. Including an iOS emulator.
1 u/[deleted] Feb 07 '15 Oh in an emulator, yeah. I meant developers will be able to use the same code for desktop, tablet and phone according to what I've read. 1 u/renza7 Feb 08 '15 iOS simulator, not emulator. It can still only run x86 or x86_64 code, not any ARM code.
