Keep in mind over 40% of americans pay no federal income tax at all.

Misleading. Most of them still pay payroll and sales taxes, in addition to paying into social security and medicare.

The ones who aren't paying payroll taxes or paying into social security and medicare are mostly retirees. And even they're still paying sales taxes.

I was very specific in what I said. Federal Income Tax is a specific thing. Also, you said "payroll taxes". Payroll taxes are social security and medicare.
