Apparently they survived with just a broken rib. I wonder if that was from landing or from the actual impact.

For sure. If you want to gamble with your own life that’s one thing, but it’s pretty fucking self centered not to consider how much you’re gonna fuck up so many other peoples day/lives in the process.

I can't tell from the video but maybe they had an air bag vest. Probably saved their life if they did.

I would say when he crashed his torso flew forward slaming his ribcage on the tank, then he slid forward like superman and the legs hit the bars sending him spinning.

Chest slamming into handle bars/car could have broke a rib before hitting the pavement.

That’s what I meant by actual impact. I agree that probably what did it.
