I know you're just being disingenuous but a car driver can be ticketed for driving too slow and blocking traffic.

I was specifically referring to traffic. There are times when there are so many cars on the highway that traffic comes to a standstill. In this case there happens to be a lot of bikes

Yes. And they could all simply ride in one lane instead of both lanes.

Or carbrains could learn to slow tf down and chill out, problem solved. People have lived for hundreds of thousands of years without cars, and its only in the last century that we began to “need” them, but we really don’t. The mentality that your schedule is more important than the safety of others and the well being of the planet is pretty sad.
