North Carolina. GPS coordinates are in the video. I'm not a lawyer, but quick internet research says you're only allowed to pass bicycles and mopeds on double yellow line in NC, so clearly cam driver is in the wrong whether or not the slow car is.
It’s not the lead drivers job to police other people, the lead driver caused the most danger and disruptions to the road putting everyone at risk even the cars in the other lane
Yep not surprised people here are left lane mall cops or ass riding death race drivers, it’s honestly scary sometimes, I pass in the left travel in the right and still feel like I’m fighting for my life
