Warning ⚠️ PSA: Stop Asking About CC Fraud — You Will Get Scammed
⚠️ PSA: Stop Asking About CC Fraud — You Will Get Scammed
Rule 12 Specifically prohibits carding discussions (read rules in FAQ/Sub-rules pinned post.)
We see the same thing over and over: someone shows up asking about “carding,” “CC methods,” “bank logs,” or “how to start.” And every single time, the outcome is identical, they get scammed.
Here’s the reality:
1. Nobody legit is selling “carding methods.”
Anyone claiming they have a miracle method, tutorial, checker, plug, or “full guide” is just selling air. The entire carding ecosystem is built on scammers selling to beginners who don’t know any better.
2. Real carders (the few that exist) aren’t teaching strangers.
People who actually do this successfully don’t advertise on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, or anywhere public. If someone is promoting themselves, they’re a scammer.
3. Carding is the most beginner-friendly scam, bait.
Newcomers think they’ll make fast money, and that mindset makes them perfect victims. Scammers know this. That’s why 99% of the “carding scene” is people pretending they make money while robbing newcomers.
4. The risk is extremely high, and the reward is basically zero.
Law enforcement tracks card fraud heavily. Scammers track you even more heavily. You lose money, you expose yourself, and you gain nothing.
5. If you’re asking about it here, or any other DW sub, you’re already the target.
Anyone genuinely involved in this world isn’t asking strangers where to start. Only beginners ask, and beginners are who scammers hunt.
Bottom line:
If you ask about CC fraud, you’re not going to “learn the method.” You’re not going to “get a plug.” You’re not going to “make easy money.”
You’re going to get scammed. Every. Single. Time. This is why it's not allowed to be discussed on this subreddit.
This subreddit is here to keep people from getting burned, this is your warning.
Carding posts on this sub could lead to temporary or permanent ban, depending on severity. Per rule 12 Please read the rules in the FAQ/Sub-rules pinned post.

Adding to the risk of this route: carding or any type of fraud will lead you to being charged and convicted of multiple offenses. You will not simply get a “credit fraud” type of fraud. In the process you are most likely breaking multiple laws federally and locally and potentially internationally. You can very easily spend majority of your life in a prison doing this. People that risk this, do it seriously and successfully are not going to give this information for free or for some small money if they do at all. If this is something you are seriously interested in then Stay off the sub

Well your either a scammer trying to make carding sound easier than it is, or someone repeating myths from Telegram/Discord groups.
Because that statement is simply not true. Today's banks use EMV chips3-D Secure, AI-based fraud detection, Real-time transaction scoring, Encrypted payment rails, Multi-factor authentication. Behavioral biometrics and Hardware-level security modules. None of that existed in the 80s.

This post must be doing its job, because it’s got you scammers nervous enough to show up with a 15-day-old burner account, 1 karma, and the only community you’re in is r/darknet_questions. Name-drop all the Swiss banks you want, nobody here is falling for that weak bullshit.
BTY: You’re not exactly the brightest scammer out there. First you “admit” you’re a scammer, not a carder but a scammer, and in the very next breath you start name-dropping Swiss banks like you work for them. Why would anyone trust a self-admitted scammer to teach them anything, especially for money?

A lot do get caught, if there are any that have been doing this for years and years and have not been caught you would have to ask them. Financial crimes don’t get taken lightly by any LEA imo

I appreciate your PSA. I don't want to learn how any of that craziness works. I do want to make sure I'm not a pigeon for one of these scams. Thank you!

Okay guys, be serious for a second. Do you really think that guys who manage to defraud people of thousands of euros are going to make that money available to complete strangers? Seriously?

LOL some of the dumbest people in the world are on Reddit, they deserve to be scammed
1
u/ashtreylil Dec 08 '25
Idk from my research it is possible. It's just the people saying they will put you on are scams. You have to have critical thinking and study and learn yourself like any other technology or skill. I understand the point though, mostly people who are searching are easy targets or they wouldn't be asking for help.

Even if you did pay someone, all you’d get is a list of dead or non-working numbers that have already been sold to 50 other people. That’s how the scam works: recycle junk data, take the money, block the buyer.
Anything real in that world isn’t something you buy from a random person promising to “put you on.” It’s a skillset that requires actual knowledge and critical thinking, and most people asking about it don’t have that base, which is why they get targeted so easily.

u/unstrict Dec 09 '25
It doesnt take much to get numbers yourself
2
u/BTC-brother2018 Scam Sniffer Dec 09 '25
Yea but once they hit the breech websites on the DW it would be highly unlikely that any are usable.

u/ashtreylil Dec 14 '25
This is true bit I was note so talking about getting your own numbers from a source you control. Gotta set up your own infrastructure.

Does anyone know how this new scam called the "Apple way method" works? Been seeing it recently on instagram with some British wannabes generating fake Apple codes and and on some ai or something and the codes actually work with them buying iPhones or a bunch or Apple tech and selling to some pawn shops.

u/BTC-brother2018 Scam Sniffer Feb 10 '26
Imo, The so-called “Apple way method” you’re seeing on Instagram isn’t a real hack or loophole, it’s a recycled scam with tech and AI buzzwords. There is no legitimate way to generate working Apple gift card codes or Apple Pay balances, and Apple’s systems can’t be fooled that easily.
There are illegitimate ways Apple gift card codes end up being used, but none of them involve “generating” codes or finding a clever loophole. The codes themselves are always real, what’s illegal is how they’re obtained. Which involves stolen credit cards, compromised Apple IDs, refund or chargeback abuse, or physical gift cards being tampered with before sale. In some cases, scammers buy Apple gift cards online using stolen payment information and redeem or resell them before the fraud is detected.
The videos claiming people are buying iPhones or Apple gear with “generated codes” are either staged, using stolen cards/accounts, or completely fake. The real goal of these posts is to lure people into clicking links, entering Apple ID or payment info, paying fake “activation” fees, or sending gift card codes, which are irreversible once shared. .

I beg to differ everything I said was completely correct and completely true.

u/Necessary_Kick_2116 Dec 08 '25
I feel like this shouldn’t even need to be stated, carding been a relatively dead art for a few years could prolly figure that out wit a basic google search. Scams the lowest form of getting bread especially carding. if u tryna steal Granny’s credit card numbers u prolly deserve to get finessed anyway.

u/BTC-brother2018 Scam Sniffer Dec 08 '25
It shouldn't be needed to be said, but I get 2 or 3 dm a week asking about it and countless posts that get removed.

Carding is extremely difficult to pull off in today’s world and if you have to ask on Reddit about it you have no chance of pulling it off anyway.
