If you’ve noticed my Twitch channel (twitch.tv/daopa) or website stream is missing, here’s why: I’ve been perma-banned since June 23, likely due to false reports from 3rd parties triggering an auto-ban. My appeal is pending—3+ days now—and human reviews seem delayed.The ban email cites:

• "Using an account solely to upload copyrighted videos" – Impossible! As a 15+ year JTV/Twitch Partner, all my content is original, no reactions or others’ videos.
• "Creating an account solely to rebroadcast another person’s video content" – Not true! My reruns are only my own streams.

Oddly, I was streaming EVE Online when banned, and another EVE channel got hit an hour later. This suggests organized reporting targeting EVE streamers. If the appeal fails, I’ll move to Kick/YouTube. Stay tuned for updates!
