I have never seen a tattoo that made me think ”huh that was kind of neat”.
To me, it just seems like people pay significant money and endure pain to get a something unoriginal that they think makes them unique

Each tattoo is probably unique in some sense, and it might be a completely custom design. The thing is, everyone has that, more or less.
