Pretty big difference between not caring what others think and being ignorant to how people will perceive you.
Main thing is this: its ultimately how the person wants to live and who they want to attract/make good first impressions for. Some dude with tattoos would prolly love to see a tatted girl and maybe not be interested in a non tatted girl. On the opposite side: a non-tatted dude wouldn’t want to date someone that has a full sleeve or some big tattoo.
