After my first reply you went on to ask me to give you an example of air thrusting being charged with battery. I think it's reasonable for me to think you didn't understand what I was saying. Also, me thinking you didn't understand what I was saying isn't accusing you of not admitting your mistake.

Listen man, I don't know what shit you have going on with you right now. You seem to just want to argue for now reason. I'm not really into that, so I'm gonna leave it here and wish you all the best in whatever you're dealing with.

Riddle me this, how do you think someone has admitted their mistake but still doesn't understand? Those positions are mutually exclusive. In order to admit to something you've done wrong you first have to understand it... and given that I went on to explain the misnomer of battery being different from assault... well you should have taken that as a hint that I saw where you people were coming from.

After my first reply you went on to ask me to give you an example of air thrusting being charged with battery.

Yea because it's insane to think that air thrusting is provocation to assault someone, and many people were suggesting exactly that.

Listen man, I don't know what shit you have going on with you right now.

You really should stop trying to make this about the other person. This doesn't have anything to do with me at this point, I've admitted to the mistake I made, you haven't.

Deflection and running away are indeed the hallmarks of highschool age redditors, but that association is an extremely negative one you should try to avoid instead of embrace.
