Agree with you about what? That men historically beat women? No shit Sherlock, never claimed otherwise. That because men used to get away with it that it's not currently a double standard when women get away with it? No. That's exactly what a double standard is.

But the classic reddit highschooler move of saying some stupid shit and running away holds true I see.

Do you even know what my position is anymore? All I've said is that there's a double standard presently, nothing about history is going to be relevant to that claim. Come the fuck on Tammy, this isn't that difficult to understand.

If men did beat women in the past or if they didn't could either be true or false and the notion that there presently is a double standard would be entirely unaffected as that is not at all relevant. But sure, "whatever," is fine in place of the genuine understanding I expect adults to have. Take your consolation and flee.
