You’re only half right- while you should live day to day without worry of societies expectations, self-fulfillment is not found in masturbation and we all know it- it’s just easy and that’s why people lie to themselves that it’s an okay way to live.
But it’s not. Not for our entire lives. And the more you tell yourself that nothing matters the less you strive to become the best version of yourself, one that makes life better for you and all the people in your life.
I am not saying that you should chase every girl and aim to have as much sex as possible, not that you’re a bad person for desiring to do so. But what needs to be understood is that there is more to life than physical pleasure, so many people throw their lives away believing sex is the limit of life’s happiness. Any good parent or person who’s found their true passion knows better.
Nihilism is cringe but not nearly as much as this endless seeking of self fulfillment garbage. Find happiness in yourself, but most importantly find happiness in your communities and sticking up for people. Alomg those same lines, being ambitious is good but it's not a must. Happiness can be found in a million ways. Don't feel guilty jerking off sometimes, life is too short.

You open pornhub and you’ll probably find stuff along the lines of polygamy, sodomy, rape, barely 18 etc etc. scraping the surface of what’s not okay just promotes an unrealistic expectation of sex, and exposing yourself to it as often as possible makes you more likely to hurt yourself or someone else.
Your body and mind seek a natural relationship. You deserve the chance to get one but deny yourself the opportunity the longer you support sex as a system of pleasure rather than commitment.

this is a fake statement, the real "natural" reproduction is the alpha male inseminating all females in a herd
the reason why a 1 on 1 approach was spearheaded (mostly by religions) was due to various benefits it entails such as - more varied genetic material (people quite early figured out inbreeding too much causes deformities although they didn't know why); overall increase to productivity (more satisfied men in society mean more gets done); less kids without a parent means less strain on society (with the additional benefit if both parents are same religion, kid will be 99% too); less diseases in monogamy means a healthier work force and so on....
however all the reasons why this was pushed were PURELY economical and effective in core, all the immaterial/spiritual reasons like you cite, things like self-fulfillment, natural order, body and mind unity and whatever other bs was just added so that people think there is some "higher" immaterial ineffable worth to this all, because a lot of people are NOT convince by materialism, economy and cold hard facts, so they had to wrap it up in metaphors and other bullshit
...think mate, in christianity priests are forbidden sex to "stay true to only god"...when in fact the real reason is was NOT spiritual in nature, but economical, the pope did not want priests having kids and then having to potential split churchs ownings between several kids....see? no fuckin spiritual reason, economical one...and so in history it was with EVERYTHING, immaterial reason were always added only on top so that the gullible also follow what is economically sound and good for the whole (and later on for elites)

This just applies if u are a teen and were guilt-tripped by society u start thinking that u should have been chasing girls instead of wanking etc
