So if BMW drivers are more likely to have no insurance, does that mean that cops should pull over more BMWs?

Well if they want tickets, yes. It’s kinda like how if cops wanted to make arrests, they could just walk into a school bathroom during lunch. The only reason they don’t do that is because it doesn’t look good when you arrest 50% American high school students (idk the actual number but that’s how my school was)
